My house is in pre foreclosure. My lease is about to be up on my car. And if I don't close these deals, I lose absolutely everything. I open up my email and I see this email, and the subject line says, sorry. And I knew what it was. It proceeds to say, sorry, we can't fund these deals. Banks are no longer lending. Please call back your clients, let them know I'm done with real estate. Like, there's no way I'm going back to this. I grab my stuff and I walk towards the door and I stop and I say, I cannot go home and tell my girlfriend, now, my wife, that I have nothing. I gotta go do something. So I turned around and I went to the computer and I went to Craigslist. Because back then, that's where you went. At least that's where I thought you went to find jobs. And I went to the sales section, and like a sore thumb, it stood out. I still can see it right now as I'm telling you this story, okay? There was this ad that said, make money on Google.
