For me, I always try to figure out a way to add value to the other person before I ask for anything. And to be honest, I rarely ask. Typically, it's just reciprocated. Like, that's what happens. I've noticed with people that are high performers, like, if you provide them with value, they naturally want to provide value back because they understand that one of the rules is, you know, if you want to make more money, provide more value. Same ways, if you want to make more money, make more offers, right? So you. A lot of people who struggle, they don't provide value and they don't make any offers, but yet they want to make a lot of money. And that's why, like, a rule in being successful is get in circles of people that are successful and understand this. If you want to, you know, be in rooms with successful people, then you've got to have a million dollars worth of value to offer.
