Short YouTube clip of Vince Reed explaining a practical marketing approach: instead of finding new leads, identify where your customers already are and ethically capture a small percentage of that existing traffic. He illustrates using books (free-plus-shipping offers) and searching top book titles/authors to scale reach.

Like I said, I think there was one part of that episode which I think probably kind of gets swept under the rug if people are watching it. And that's the key thing to marketing, which is you don't have to go find leads. You simply go where the leads already are. So, so many people start a business and they go, I gotta go market. I gotta go get customers. What you want to do is just step back, figure out who already has your customers, and then. And then figure out a way to legally and ethically just. Just get a small percentage of that traffic. So that's what I did. I mean, you know, books. There's a lot of people searching for books. And the cool thing about books is that, you know, people that are highly successful, they read a lot, so they typically have money. So it just fell right in. And when they saw that it was free plus shipping, I mean, the sales just started popping. So, yeah, I just found a list of the top 10. That's where it started. And then that started to convert. And then I just did another search, found another one, and then it got to, like, hundreds of book titles and authors.
