I mean, this directive around AI adoption is such, it's like at a core, a human condition of change management, right? And that's not something you can slap licenses at and then make the problem go away. And this is the big failure, I think, of tech leaders and leaders across all companies today is that they're just, they're doing exactly that, right? And then they go ahead and lay off the leadership layer that is going to be needed to drive the human change management. And, and, and this is, I think, where some organizations are doing really well and where others, many others, are just failing miserably. So AI adapted is, is, I think, where companies are going to win. Taking people with the craft, finding the people that are really just curious, naturally curious, and going to jump in to solve problems, and, and giving them the ability and the systems and the support to drive change management internally.
