Chapters
Info is broken. In 2025, everyone and their grandma is trying to sell a coaching program or mentorship or some digital products online. And especially after Iman Qadsi became a co-owner in Wapp, the competition is way, way higher. So what does it mean for you? There is way more competition in the exact same niche that you are trying to sell your info coaching offer in. There is less or no trust in people because the skepticism is at all-time high. So they don't trust you anymore, right? Then they need more nurturing and more convincing throughout the sales process, and you need better marketing systems, right? So the question is, how do you compete in this highly competitive info market in 2025? And to be honest with you, it's very, very easy actually. So all you need to do is don't try to be smart and reinvent the wheel. Emulate what's already working. Because a lot of you guys, what they are doing, they overcomplicate the entire process. You are trying to become the next Iman Ghazi or the next Luke Bangma, right? All you need to do is just emulate what's already working. Because if you try to come up with some secret new marketing tactic, all you're trying to do is instead of Driving a Porsche, which is already built, beautiful car, amazing car. You are trying to build your own little car here, and I don't know how much time it will take you to get to the GT3 RS level, right? I hope you get this analogy. So in this video, I'll exactly show you how to start and scale your info coaching business to 6 figures a month or more in profit. So I'll show you exactly how to build your personal brand, then I'll help you in finding your ideal client profile and actually going deep. What are their pain? What are their desires? What are their dream situation, current situation? By doing the market research using AI and all. Then we will build out your high-ticket offer, the actual product that you are going to sell to, implementing the micro niche funnel and the entire sales process. So this is going to be amazing. So let's start with your personal brand because it is the main source of traffic and every info coaching business or every online business starts with traffic. So this is the most crucial part. All you need to do to build your brand identity, because if you are starting from scratch, you have to build your brand identity and your content strategy. So all you need to do is make your list of dream 5 creators in your niche or your from your niche, right? So let's say these are the 5 creators that you want to be like, and you have to take aspects of every single one of them. So what I mean by it is, from Creator 1, you like the color throughout their branding, so you copied his color. From Creator 2, you like the way they are presenting the content or the content formats they are using, so you copy their content formats. From Creator 3, you like the text or the fonts or the branding throughout the reels or the short-form content.. So you copy this into your short-form content. So I hope you get the point. All you need to do is, uh, write down who do you want to be like, like take a pen and paper and write down who do you want to be like, what you don't want to be, and your brand associations, what people think of you once they see you online, once they see your Instagram profile or your YouTube videos. So once you write down all of this, now it becomes your brand identity. So for example, Let's say you are selling a trading mentorship or you want to sell a trading offer and you take these 5 people as who do you want to be like or your favorite creators, right? TGR, FXLXG, Charlie Morgan, MambaFX, and Iman Gadzi. Okay, then you copy every single thing that you like about, uh, from each of the one. Maybe from TGR you like his short form content, from FXLXG you like his YouTube strategy, from Iman Gadzi you really like the brand aesthetics and fonts, From Charlie Morgan, you like those value drops, right? So you write down all of this, and after that, you write down what you don't want to be, what you don't want to come across. And obviously, you don't want to flex too much because this is obviously a red flag, and especially in the trading niche where every other online guru is trying to show you their Lambo, their penthouse, and all. So it doesn't work anymore in the trading niche, and if you are doing it, you like need to find some new way of your posting out content or new content strategy. Then obviously avoid fake claims because this can get you in trouble. And then obviously avoid selling all the time. You don't want to be like those trading gurus. Every time you watch their stories, every time you watch their YouTube videos, they are trying to sell you their mentorship, right? So avoid these things. Or maybe you want to avoid like boring videos like this— boring but valuable, right? And maybe you want to create videos buying a Lambo every other week. You need to write them down and obviously write down what you don't want. The third thing is your brand associations. What a brand association is, when your dream follower and ICP visits your profile, see your content for the first time, what do they think of you? Do they think like, hey, this is a scammer, or, you know, this guy doesn't know what he's talking about? Or do they think, hey, he's honest trader, he's authentic and transparent, he's expert and intelligent, and he is very hardworking and disciplined? Because social media is, I would say, your second identity, right? You can Always alter how you are on social media because— so let's say if you want to show yourself as hardworking and disciplined, you are posting out content that shows how you work 12 hours a day every single day and then how to be consistent, right? So that's the brand associations. It's literally how your dream follower and ICP thinks of you. So this becomes your brand identity. Now there is way more to that, but for that, uh, first we need to do your ICP research, some AI stuff, and then competitor research. Then we will get into it. Later. So let's start with finding your ICP. And this is the fun part because from here now we are actually start to getting to the money part, right? How will you make money? So finding your ICP, you want to know your ICP, which is obviously ideal client profile, better than them. That's how you differentiate yourself. And one thing I can tell you, the better you know your ideal client profile, the better your offer will be and the more money you make. So what are the things you are looking for is their dream situation, Their current situation, where they are, the gap between their dream and current situation, your bridge, how your offer will bridge the gap. Then obviously fears and problems, which is really important in your VSLs, in your YouTube content and all. Then their behaviors, demographics, and beliefs is also important one. Right now, don't use AI, don't take any help, don't go into social media. Just take a piece of pen and paper and really sit down, think critically. Here you need the critical thinking. The more you think critically, the better the answers will be because sometimes The golden nuggets will come after, you know, 30 minutes of writing them down. So think and write them down in as much detail as you can where you need very critical thinking, right? So once you're done with it, now let's take it to the next level by doing AI integrations. And AI, we will only use AI to make sure that you are not missing out any of the points, right? We are not using to do the complete market research because if you use AI to do the complete market research, you will be cooked, right? Because AI don't know what you know about your audience, right? So obviously for that I prefer Claude because Claude is way better with writing, copywriting, and like marketing scripts and all. ChatGPT is better with, uh, like numbers, data, and all. So especially before using AI, here are the things you want to avoid. Please avoid basic prompts. So if you go into Claude and write down, hey, do market research for me so I can sell $5,000 coaching program, obviously you are going to get shit responses, right? So avoid basic prompts. I'll give the prompts in the video. Then extended thinking mode on, research mode on, web search mode on, because you want to make sure you are really using Claude to its full capability. And if you use it with the right prompts, you can save 2+ weeks of your time from building the, doing the market research, building your offer, and finding out the product, right? So let's get into the market research, how we found out their pain, their problems, and all. So obviously you already have your own research where you write down their pain points, their problems, their current situation, their dream situation. Now it's time to use AI. So here's the prompt one. And obviously guys, if you need any of the prompts or this entire like board, you can DM me on IG. My IG is linked in the description. So yeah, DM me on IG. Prompt one is, I'm selling product description, so write a description of the product. So for example, if you are selling a trading offer, so you can be like, hey, I'm selling a trading mentorship program, and just give some description about it, how it works, and, uh, you know, some more details about it. Then please perform comprehensive market research to identify all relevant customer avatars for my product. For each avatar For each avatar, what you want to know: their overview like their age, gender, location, occupation, etc., the key challenges they are facing in their life right now, how your product will help them, and avatar-specific messaging. This is not necessary, but it will give you a more clear idea for your content strategy. So now you will have all the avatars, all of your possible ICP. So choose the best one according to your offer, and let's get on to prompt 2. So on prompt 2, You have all the customer avatars, answer the questions about them in detail, clear and simple language. So you want to know their goals and desires, fears and insecurities, embarrassing situations they avoid, how does your product will actually help them achieve their goals, why is your product is the best option, what is your unique selling proposition, right? Like obviously there are millions of trading coaches, so why they choose you instead of TJR, instead of FXLXG, right? What alternative solutions they have used and you know why did it work out? And why would they choose one of your competitors instead of you? And then who they blame for their problems. So again, this is just to confirm your research that you do on your own. So don't take AI research completely as the last research. Obviously you want to make it better because AI gives you 60% of the foundations that takes the most amount of time. Obviously, like that's why AI helps a lot, but the remaining 40% is actually what, you know, differentiates humans from AI. So obviously do your own research first. Sit down for maybe 3 to 4 hours, give it as much time as you can, do critical thinking, complete your research, then go on to AI, use these prompts, right? Now let's take it to another level, okay? So copy your competitors' ads, VSL transcripts in the same project. So you have this option in Claude. So let me just show you, and here you can see this is the projects option, and in the projects, uh, it will keep like the entire chat you will do as the knowledge, right? It will save in the history. So you can ask like 3 weeks, uh, the chat you did 3 weeks before and still it has the context. So that's why you want to use project. So make an entire project for, let's say, your coaching offer or your VSL script, right? Now for competitor analysis, what we are doing, we are copying their ads if they are running ads, right? And obviously VSL scripts, this would be the best one. And then give this prompt to analyze, uh, competitor analysis, market research validation. It will validate our offer, your market research that you did. And also give you some recommendations for optimizations and all, right? So that's how you use AI in the best way possible, right? And after doing all this, your own research, the Claude research and competitor analysis, you want to go back to your brand identity. Now you have all these things like 3 researches. You want to add these elements into your brand identity or content strategy, right? The Champions transformation, your transformation, Obviously in the context for your ICP, what they value the most, right? Your important stories throughout the journey, because stories are really, really important and they make a huge difference in your content. The beliefs that you have or you need to convey to your audience in order to, you know, successfully convince them to buy your program. The personality, content topics, struggle and success. It'll all make sense once you do your own research, get research from Claude and do competitor analysis, right? So now we are done with the personal branding. You have your own brand identity and now we find out who is your ICP, what they want and what are they struggling with, all these kind of things, right? The next thing is high ticket offer and the product. So your offer have to have these 6 things, otherwise it won't work. So first thing is obviously niche that we already dialed in because if you don't know your niche, then how would you know your ideal client profile, right? So niche, and with niche, I wanna make this point that go as down as you can, like do micro niche. So let's say weight loss is your niche. Then go one more down. So helping 95 men with weight loss without spending too much time in the gym. You get my point, right? But the more down you can go in your niche, like niche within a niche within a niche, the better it is for you because the more people pay, right? Then obviously it have to have a quantifiable end result because if you don't have a quantifiable end result, how are you going to track the progress or even if their investment worth in your coaching or not?. Then it has to be a transformation offer. You don't sell that, hey, I will, you know, I will teach you trading, right? This is not an offer, or I will teach you lead generation. No, this is not an offer. These offers won't work anymore. They, you know, they didn't work in the past and still like in 2025, it's the worst type of offers you can do. The best offer is obviously a transformation offer where you are making a transformation. So for example, for trading offer that we talked about before, it can be like, I help you make $5,000 in consistent profits through trading. In 90 days using my ICT strategy or something like that. So $0 to $5,000, it's a complete transformation. You are not teaching the trading, you are teaching the quantifiable end result, which is $5,000 a month in consistent profits, right? Obviously it have to have a time frame, because if you don't have a time frame, then obviously you are also confused, then your clients are also confused. Unique mechanism— this is how you differentiate yourself from your competitors and the entire market. Unique mechanism is just your way of doing things, and You doesn't have to be, you know, super special or come up with an amazing new method to do certain things. You can sometimes, you know, just do name changes like Breast Scales did. SMMA to freelance brand scaling, it's the exact same thing but two different names, right? So obviously name change is also an option for you. Then guarantee or risk reversal, it shows your confidence in your offer. And if you don't have confidence in your offer, it won't work out, like completely honest with you. So our main offer will be based on Hormuzi Value Equation where We have to know their exact dream outcome, then increase their perceived likelihood of achievement, decrease the time delay between their current situation and the desired situation that they want, and decrease the efforts and sacrifice. If you get the, like, this denominator to zero, then the value will be infinite. But obviously we can't get it to zero, but we have to minimize as much as you can. So here are some tips for you. So for dream outcome, we did the market research. Now you exactly know what is their dream situation, not the outcome. You exactly know their entire situation that they want to be in. So make it specific and qualified. And here's a tip for you: stack multiple outcomes. If you stack multiple outcomes, your offer becomes insanely more valuable. Then how to increase perceived likelihood of achievement? Perceived likelihood of achievement means how likely they think they will get their desired results with your program or your offer. So first of all, you have to add more done-for-you elements where they have doubt. So if they have doubt, for the example, in trading offer, if they have doubt reading charts You can add something like daily market analysis, you know, in the Discord channel. So now they have, they don't have any doubt because now you're doing the market, like the financial market research for them and posting in the Discord channel every single day. So add done for you elements where they have doubt. Social proof, the more you can show them that, hey, people like you get the desired results by working with me. So there are very high chances that you will also get, you know, your desired results by working with me. And also a risk reversal. So this is also increased their perceived likelihood of achievement because now there is a risk— they don't have any risk on the line. So how do we decrease the time delay? Fast wins. Focus on fast wins. The more faster the win is, the better it is for you. So first of all, skip the fluff. If you are doing a coaching program, just get to the point as soon as you can. Next thing, give them an action schedule. An action schedule means a complete roadmap of what they need to do. It gives them more clarity on what they need to do So, you know, it really decreases the perceived time. Then done for you, obviously the more they're done for you, the better. If it's completely done for you, then they don't have to invest any time, right? So that's why done for you are very expensive programs or services. Then the last thing, efforts and sacrifice. We need to minimize it as much as we can. So maximize done for you. Again, guys, the more you are doing it for them, the more less time they have to put in the thing that they are doing. Or the less efforts and sacrifice that they have to put in. So by adding done for you, you remove their major barriers. Obviously have support systems. So one support system I suggest is the Loom support system where obviously they can fill out a form, ask a question about a specific situation, and you create a Loom within 24 hours for that specific problem, right? So it like works really well. So give it a shot. And simplification of efforts, again, the action schedule and complete roadmap really helps a lot. So that's how you build an insanely valuable offer, right? Dream outcome, know their exact dream situation, perceived likelihood of achievement, how likely they think they are going to get results by working with you, decreasing the time delay and efforts and sacrifice, right? So that is our value equation. And now we have your $100 million coaching offer. So the last thing in offer remaining is offer statement. So use this format to build your own offer statement. I help niche do desired outcome or get desired outcome 'in time frame using the unique mechanism without pain points and guarantee.' Example: 'I help 9-to-5 working men make consistent $5,000 profits from trading in 90 days using ICT reverse framework.' This is not a real framework, I just come up with any, any random word, right? 'Without account blowups or staring at the screen all day long, or I will work for free until they do.' So this is the risk reversal, right? Risk reversal are really important. Again, it increases the perceived likelihood of achievement and shows your confidence in your offer. So now we are done with the offer statement. Let's go on to the products that you can sell to your audience. Now obviously for this video, we are going to be focusing on high ticket only because until you have millions of followers on Instagram or on YouTube, low ticket doesn't make sense for you, right? And if you have like millions of followers, right, where you just cannot keep up with the volume you are getting for your done for you or done with you offer, then obviously low ticket is the way to go. But Unless you are making $200,000-$300,000 a month in profit, you don't need to worry about low ticket, right? So focus on high ticket mainly unless you have 300K+ followers. If you have more than that, then obviously low ticket makes more sense, but you have to have a high ticket first, then you will go into low ticket because low ticket will be for the people who cannot afford your high ticket, right? So, uh, most of you probably won't have these amount of followers. Focus mainly on high ticket, and by high ticket there are 3 options. First one, start— if you are just starting out, I suggest, highly suggest one-to-one coaching because here you can make the most amount of money. You are literally trading your time for money, which is not a bad thing, guys, because if your time, uh, you know, let's say you do 18 calls in 3 months, right? So 6 calls a month, one-to-one coaching, and you are charging $5,000. So there's nothing wrong with it, right? Because people have a negative association with trading the time concept. So there's nothing wrong with it. One-to-one coaching is the first option and the best option if you are starting out. $3,000 to $5,000 if you are starting out. And if you have, you know, some client case studies and all, you are getting amazing results, then obviously you have to be selective with who you are working and increase the prices to $10,000, $15,000, sometimes even $30,000, right? What it consists of: weekly group calls— uh, sorry, group calls— here will be one-on-one calls. So weekly one-on-one calls. Then obviously you will have a course so you don't need to repeat the same stuff again and again. And if you are charging, you know, more than $5,000, then you don't even need to have a course., but you can, like, it's up to you. Then community, so they can chat with other members of, uh, your coaching, 24/7 support access, and then doing challenges to obviously keep them engaged. Then group coaching. So price for group coaching will obviously be around $5,000, and you only want to do group coaching once you have proof of concept, right? Because group coaching comes after one-on-one coaching. If you cannot keep up with the volume you are getting on one-to-one, then shift to group coaching.. So that's why the price will be $5,000. And if you are charging $5,000 for a group coaching program, then obviously you need to increase your prices for one-to-one coaching. But it all comes down to client results, case studies, and proof of concept. Here we have group calls, uh, the course, which is optional, but obviously it always be a value add if you have a course, then live support and 24/7 access. Then the most high-ticket thing is in-person mastermind, which is obviously $5,000 plus, and it goes all the way up to $100,000.. It is an in-person event up to 100K, which is like really close support and networking. So start with one-to-one, then go into group, then go into in-person, then think about low ticket, right? So these are the products, and obviously here are some of the softwares that I use for the fulfillment. So before payment processing, Wapp and Fanbases, depending on your priorities. Course and community, for that I use Kool. I don't use Wapp because the Wapp UI is little too complicated, right? Then for calls, you can use Google Meet and Zoom, both works best. Now let's go on to micro niche funnel. Funnel, which is the most important part of this entire strategy or your entire process of your business, because if you don't have a funnel, people won't convert, right? How will people buy from you if you don't have a funnel? So it is the most important part of the process that drives all of the sales. If you don't have a funnel, you will not get any sales, or even if you are getting some sales, right, they will be really low quality leads. So for making sure you are getting consistent high quality leads, you have to have a funnel. For those who don't know funnel, funnel is just a combination of systems or processes that your customers goes through from a complete stranger online to paying you, right? So this is what a funnel is, going from a complete stranger online, they don't know you, they don't like you, they don't trust you to become your high ticket paying client. So that is called a funnel. Like all the steps in here, like the customer journey, you can say is a funnel. So there are 3 parts to the funnel: top of funnel, middle of funnel, bottom of funnel. The top of funnel, we are focusing on traffic, attention, and getting views. All you want to do here is build your brand awareness, uh, getting as much eyeballs as you can. Then we have middle of funnel where we have the nurturing systems and processes placed in where we have your VSL funnel or your webinar funnel. It is mainly for Instagram users. And if you are using YouTube as a main platform, then obviously you have middle of funnel YouTube videos. Then bottom of funnel where you are just posting out bunch of social proof and sales call to convert the deal, right? So these steps is called funnel, right? And if you talk about the best info funnels or coaching funnels, then obviously it is VSL call funnel and webinar funnel. So how the VSL call funnel works is you are getting traffic from YouTube, from Instagram, from ads, or from any of the platform, right? It goes onto a landing page where you have the headline at the top video sales letter, like ideally around 15-20 minutes. Then you have call to action below. There you have a bunch of testimonials. They watch the video, they get convinced to jump on a call with your team or yourself. Then they click on this call to action, they fill out a form, they submit the form. If they qualify financially, they can book a call. If they don't qualify financially, you don't jump on a call with them because it will be a complete waste of time if they cannot afford it financially. But in the start, I would suggest taking all the calls, literally every single call that you can get, because now your only focus in the start is getting the reps in for your sales call, right? Then obviously webinar funnel, it is a little bit advanced. And if you want to know more about webinar funnel, DM funnels and all, I broke down like the top creators or top coaches that are doing 7 figures a month in profit. So you can go into my YouTube channel and check that out. But webinar funnel is simply instead of a VSL, you are registering them up for a free class or, you know, free masterclass, whatever you call it. And on the webinar, throughout the webinar, you are giving them the process that, hey, this is the exact steps that you need to go through. Now you have one option, which is, you know, try by yourself and fail again and again. And obviously second option is me. Then you do all the convincing that, hey, I have these results and on and all, you get my point, right? So these are the best funnels right now. But here's the cheat code if you really want to dial in your funnel in the first time, which is funnel hacking. And this is guaranteed to work because literally you are going to a competitor's funnel and seeing what's working for them. And competitors, you obviously want to make sure that they are already selling to your ideal client profile or your similar ICP. Because if they are selling to 50-year-old men struggling with their health and all, and your ICP is 20-year-old guys trying to make it in trading, then obviously you don't want to copy their funnel, right? So yeah, go on to your competitor's funnel and see what's working for them. That is basically called funnel hacking, and this concept is You know, the traditional Russell Brunson type stuff, right? So see what's already working and take inspiration. Obviously you don't want to completely copy paste the entire funnel because their ICP had different pain points. Maybe they are in different situation of their life and your ideal client profile, your brand identity is different. So just take inspiration and it will obviously work out for you because it's already working for them. So now you don't need to come up with any, you know, secret marketing tactic or completely weird funnel that nobody's ever seen before. You are seeing where the Porsche is or how the Porsche was built, and you are literally copying it, right? By making some better designs at all. You get my point, right? So by funnel hacking, what I mean is, let's say you like the content strategy of TGR, so you implement TGR's content strategy in your top of funnel. Then you like VSL funnel of Charlie Morgan, so you implement the, like, you have a same similar VSL or similar landing page to Charlie Morgan or similar email sequences to Charlie Morgan. Now you have middle of funnel from Charlie Morgan. And let's say you like the sales call framework from FX Alex G. So now you have bottom of funnel from FX Alex G. So from these 3 creators, you took the part that you loved about them and now you built your own funnel that is completely different from them, but it is guaranteed to work out because TJR is getting millions of views every single month. So obviously you copy his strategy you will obviously get hundreds of thousands of views every single month, if not millions, right? Then Charlie Morgan is doing almost million dollars a month. Obviously you'll do six figures a month in profit, if not millions. So you get my point, right? So that is how you do funnel hacking. And you know, as I told you, you don't need to reinvent the wheel. You just need to emulate what's already working. So TGR is already making million dollars a month. Charlie is making million dollars a month. FX Alexei is making million dollars a month. You copy what's working for them and you put your own twist to it. By own twist, I mean your ICP-specific landing pages, VSLs, sales call frameworks, right? So it is tailored to your offer. Now the last thing and the most fun part is the sales process. It's where you close the client and make money. So to understand the sales process, this is like the team structure or the sales team structure for your offer. So first one is obviously DM setter who is sending the DM using a proven framework provided by you or your sales manager to book a call or convince them within the DMs, right? Then you have dialer who's dialing every single lead to qualify them to book a call with you. Then you have the closer who close the deal on the sales call. And most of them are on the like commission basis. So DM setter is around 5% and closer is around 10%. Like these are the industry standards. So what happens after they book a call? So after they book a call, make sure they are qualified, they know about your product or your offer, or they are excited to show up for the call. Because if they don't know about your product and offer,. I can tell you your sales guys or you yourself become an educator. You will tell, hey buddy, this is my offer. This is how I can help you. Then they will have a bunch of objections on your offer, how it works, how it works, right? So obviously this is why we are running a VSL funnel or webinar funnel. So make sure they're qualified, financially qualified. So we do it in the Typeform. Then they know about your product and offer. We do it in the VSL or the webinar, or they're excited to shop for the call. We do it in the pre-call flow, right?. So after they book a call, this is like the sales process. So first one is done by setter and closers, which is immediately the lead books the call, then setter creates a WhatsApp group with the lead, with the closer, and you. Then the setter sends a message to what? Sales asset. Sales asset, this can be your best client results, or this can be, you know, more details about your offer. So on the call, you don't need to tell them about your offer, how it works and all, right? Then closer starts talking with the lead. These all actions are immediate. Then 24 hours before, setter send a reminder on WhatsApp. And these are, guys, these are manual things, right? The setter write a message manually and send them 24 hours before. Then 1 hour before, a reminder for the call and link on WhatsApp, like link for the call on WhatsApp. And 5-minute call, setter send the link for Google Meet or the meeting on WhatsApp. So these are the manual actions. Automated actions, these are commonly for emails, right? So immediately you redirect them to a thank you page, and on the thank you page you have, you know, a reminder that, hey, go to your inbox and confirm the call, confirm the time so that the call can be added in their calendars. Then they will get mail confirmation tells to add the event in their calendar. Again, all you want to do is that they have the time saved up in their calendar, so the chances of them jumping on a call with you is way higher. And we are doing all this stuff to bump up or increase your show-up rates, right?
