How Afnan Khalifa made $1,147,942 in a single day using Instagram

Afnan Khalifa made $1.2 million from a three-week webinar by using Instagram Reels with a "comment 'brand'" CTA to build a 13,000-person waitlist. Her funnel sells personal branding as the solution, then pitches a "Brand Code" program starting at $3,500. Story sequences and WhatsApp communities convert better than email.

How Afnan Khalifa is pulling in over $500K a month selling the dream of being an influencer. In this video, I'll break down exactly how Afnan is making over $500K a month using this super simple webinar launch funnel. So Afnan recently launched her high-ticket coaching offer, and her main offer was essentially teaching women and men also how to build their personal brands and monetize their audience, right? So in this video, you will learn how she is posting content that sells $30K offers without any problem and objections and her full content strategy breakdown. Then I'll tell you how she got over 13,000 women on her waitlist to join her coaching program, right? And the next thing is how she pulled off a $1.2 million webinar launch in just 3 weeks. And last and most important thing is how you can copy all this and implement this in your info coaching business. So if you don't know me, my name is Lucky, and from the last 2 years I've been helping coaches and creators start or scale their info coaching businesses. So if you are looking for help to start or scale your info coaching business, you can go into the first link in the description and book a one-on-one call with me. Now enough yapping, let's get into her content strategy. So when it comes to content, she is smartly using short-form content to build awareness and long-form to resonate with her audience and build trust, right? So when it comes to short-form, she is mainly using Instagram. Now she's also posting on TikTok, but when it comes to selling a high-ticket coaching offer, Instagram is way better than TikTok, right? And then YouTube channel to post long-form content and build trust with her audience. Now if you talk about bird's eye view of her content strategy is first she's using top of funnel content to get brand awareness, to getting as many new people as she can onto her funnel every single month. And then now she starts selling her audience on Afnan first. So the thing people get wrong about posting content is just you just need to post value, value, value, value, value, right? Value works, but to a point.. So it can be 50K a month, 100K a month that you'll realize that value alone is not enough. You need to sell them on yourself as a person, who you are, what are your beliefs, what are your worldviews, what are your opinions, what are your habits, every single thing that makes you unique. That's now you resonate with them. That's how you emotionally connect with them. And now they easily buy your coaching program because they connect with you emotionally and people buy emotionally and then justify logically. So first you need to connect with them emotionally, then tell your offer and deliverables, complete the logical part. So the next thing she is doing is she introduces the vehicle. First she sells them on Afnan herself, then she introduces the vehicle that, hey guys, if you want to live like me, you need to build a personal brand online. So after posting some valuable content, she becomes the authority because she's already living the dream life of almost every woman. She introduces the vehicle and post some valuable content. That's how she become the authority. And lastly, bottom of funnel content, which is just trust and convert by posting bunch of testimonials and your transformation, right? First, let's break down her Instagram. And on Instagram, her brand is a girl boss, right? Like Shelby Saab. And Instagram, she is doing amazing, 1.2 million followers. And with short form, she's crushing it, right? You can take a look at her views, 237, 181, 4.6, 240. So she's getting amazing traction on Instagram. And her brand associates with financial independence, freedom, materialism, no mediocrity, or being the best at what you do, traveling, luxury, confidence, rich girl transformation. Because she is mostly selling to women, so she always wanna have a rich girl transformation so that almost every woman can relate to the transformation. At that— at 18, she was a waitress, and at 25, she's a multi, multi-millionaire, and she's almost a celebrity on Instagram, right? And if you talk about content formats, she is using almost every type of content that is possible on Instagram. But most of her content is one like this talking podcast clips where she just repurpose her podcast clips. And then also she's also repurposing YouTube clips. So she records like crazy YouTube vlogs and then repurpose them to short-form clips, which is everybody's doing that right now. Then the third thing is transformation. So her transformation from being an 18-year-old waitress in Canada to being a 25-year-old multimillionaire. I'm sorry for the writing, I'm really bad at writing on computer. And now B-rolls. So B-rolls with some music. And the last thing is inside cars. So just talking head videos, simple talking head videos inside cars. So these are some of the content formats she's posting. Now you want to understand is what is she posting and why is she posting? You need to understand this little funnel. This is an analogy that there are 3 types of content. Basically, first is top of funnel content, second one is middle of funnel content, and third one is bottom of funnel content. And how it works is top of funnel content is all about getting as many people as you can to know you. Now I highlighted know you because your only goal here is to get as many views as you can. You don't need to worry about your coaching offer. You don't need to worry about your business that you are, your coaching program or services that you sell. All you need to worry about is getting views, right? Now middle of funnel, it's where all the nurturing happens and it's a crucial part because if they are not nurtured, they're not going to buy from you. So show them that you are the expert in your niche. So first they knew you, now they trust you that, hey, you are the expert in your niche and you are doing it by posting middle-of-funnel videos, posting some valuable content for them so they can believe that if you are a sales coach, then you are an expert when you are not any 18-year-old kid who just made some money with high-ticket closing and now you are selling a course, right? And the last thing is bottom-of-funnel content. And essentially it's having an insane amount of proof. So people can trust you, right? Because it doesn't matter if you have a million followers, if you do not have any student results, you can make money. But if you have some proof about yourself, about your student results, about your client results, you can literally 10x the amount of money that you're making by having an insane amount of proof. Because proof is the biggest lever you can pull today in 2025 to scale your coaching business, to scale anything, because it's the best buying emotional trigger. So for example, if a guy in exactly my situation got their desired results from your coaching program, then guess what's going to happen? I am going to join your coaching program because I am in the same situation as that guy, right? So that is the point of having bottom of funnel content, which is like insane amount of proof, and having in-depth guides in your niche, like niche-specific content. So let's get back to her content strategy. Now her only goal with Instagram is to get as much views as possible. As I told you, she's posting top of funnel to get as much people as she can into her funnel every single month, right? And she's doing that by posting content that appeals to almost every woman. And what content appeals to almost every woman or man also? That lifestyle content, rage-baiting content. She is independent, she has extreme opinions, she's traveling to nice places, luxury cars, relationships, money. So this is the type of content that has nothing to do with the business model, that has nothing to do with herself also, These are general broad topics that if you have enough skills to make content, you will go viral every single time. It does not matter, right? So for example, if you have a Lamborghini, you can build your personal brand very fast because most of people don't have it, right? So now it's not ideal to build a personal brand on your car, but you can do it, right? So that's the point. If you are living the lifestyle or the dream lifestyle of a person, you can easily go viral. That's how Iman Ghazi did it. That's how TJR is doing it. And that's how Shelby Sepp is doing it. And now Afnan is doing the same. So post lifestyle content that shows the dream lifestyle of your ideal client profile, like the lifestyle that they want to live. She's posting some different content formats or content types like middle of funnel and bottom of funnel, but I'll show you that part in the getting leads and conversion section. Now when it comes to YouTube, she's almost doing the same on YouTube, right? So posting long-form top-of-funnel videos to sell them the dream. As I told you, you need to sell them the dream. Or sell them on yourself first, then you tell them about your coaching program or sell them on the vehicle, if it makes sense, right? Let's take a look at some of her YouTube videos. Real Day in the Life of a Multi-Millionaire in Dubai. Now this video has nothing to do with personal branding, how to make money and all. She is just flexing the lifestyle that she has, and there's nothing wrong with it. I'm not saying that it's wrong because Iman Ghazi made $100 million with it, TJ Rhee is doing $1 million a month, Prez is doing over $500K a month with the exact same content funnel. So it is not wrong, right? It's working every single time. POV: You are living your rich girl era in Dubai. You can just look at the thumbnail and title and you can tell that it's a top of funnel video, right? It has nothing to do with the business model, with the niche or anything. So yeah, she is posting long-form top of funnel videos, and again, her con— like, her content format is very raw. She's not posting crazy edits in the vlogs and all, right? Her content pillars is again lifestyle, showing them the lifestyle, her dream lifestyle. Life advice, motivation, extreme opinions, how she made it and how you can too, because it's very easy if you build a brand on social media, teasing on the model. So in the videos, for example, if you are watching a video, so 5-10 minutes in, she will introduce that, hey guys, if you want to live the dream life like I am living, you just need to build a personal brand on social media. Now they are introduced to your business model, right? I am the authority because she already is living the lifestyle that you want and she has some crazy results. So That's how you become authority in your space. And then she's only talking to ICP. So in any of her videos, she's almost like, hey girl, you want to do this? Hey girl, this, that. So she's directly talking to the ICP. So if your ICP is women, you want to talk to them. If your ICP is corporate men, that you want to talk to them. If your ICP is old men, then you want to talk to them, right? It's easy because if you are talking to everybody, you end up talking to nobody. So her ability to resonate with struggling women is amazing. Now here we are talking, right? That's— these are some nuggets that you can implement right now in your content strategy. So her story is when she was 18, she was a waitress and she was struggling in the life and she don't know what to do and she want to make money but there is no clear option, right? And now she is 23, 24, 25, I don't know, and she is a multi-millionaire. So that is a transformation. At that time she was broke and now she has a lot of money. Now a ton of people are still at this phase. Now This doesn't mean they are 18-year-old, but this means they are broke, right? They are not financially, or you can say emotionally, whatever they want, but they are not living the life that they want, or they want to live the life that Afnan is living. So Afnan resonates with them by telling her story that, hey guys, I was you, like literally 5, 6 years ago, I was you. I was literally where you are. That's how you resonate with people. That's how you know their struggle. That's how you know their beliefs. That's how you know what they think, right? So yeah, just resonate with your audience. And the more you resonate, the better your sales will be, right? And she's selling them on her transformation first. So all she is doing is selling them on the transformation. So how she made literally millions of dollars online in 5, 6 years. So she's selling them on this transformation, selling on Afnan, not personal branding. And as I told you, Like, this is her story, this is who Afnan is, her worldviews, her beliefs, her opinions, her habits, her hobbies, whatever makes Afnan Afnan, right? If you get my point, like, whatever makes me me. I'm different from everybody else. So you need to sell them on yourself first, because the thing is, people buy coach, not the coaching. Nobody pays for information, everybody pays for transformation. So these are some fundamentals and you need to follow every single time. So sell them on yourself first as a person, Resonate with them, emotionally connect with them. That is the next one, that messaging matters a lot to make them emotionally connect with you. If they cannot connect with you emotionally, they're not gonna buy from you, right? Because it's a B2C offer, like she is selling to direct clients, consumers. She's not selling to businesses. In businesses, if you have a B2B offer, you need to focus more on logic. But if you are selling a B2C offer, you always, always, always wanna sell on the emotional aspect. So how do you connect emotionally? Like again, show your struggle, show that I was you, I know you, I get that where you are coming from. That's how you emotionally connect with them because they think like, hey, this guy knows my struggle, this guy knows how I am feeling right now, so probably this guy can help me to get out of my situation because that's what he literally did it, right? So emotionally connect with them, sell them on yourself first, then on your vehicle, right? And resonate with them. So that is her content strategy. And on YouTube, she is recently started, she. So there is nothing like crazy views and all. She had like around 33K subscribers and she's getting decent enough views to making $500K a month, right? Now the next thing is getting leads, how she's getting almost pre-sold leads before they jump on the webinar, right? And how she's getting people interested in her webinars. Like her waitlist is literally over 13,000 women waiting for her program to drop, right? So how crazy it is to think that 13,000 people are literally waiting for your coaching program. So let's start with Reels because this process starts with the content itself. Now it all comes down to selling the vehicle. Selling them on the person is done, selling them on Afnan is done. Now it's time to selling them on the vehicle. So how she did it? First of all, in the Reels, she's posting Reels, uh, like this one. This is the best example: Instagram isn't making influencers reach their audiences. So this is a Reel where she's just explaining that, hey guys, Influencers are rich because of their audience. So you can build an audience and you can be rich, you can live the same lifestyle as me. So that is the core message of this reel. And on every single of her reel like this, she's having a call to action to comment brand and I'll send you the link either to my waitlist or either to join my like 2-day workshop, right? And you can literally see people getting crazy for her brand, brand, brand, right? So yeah, that is amazing. This video, same, she's telling that everybody can make millions, they just need to build a personal brand on social media because it's the best thing in the world to do, it's the fastest way to make money. You just need to convince them that personal brand is the best way. You need to frame them, you need to alter their beliefs in a certain way that they think that, hey, yeah, she's, she's right, personal branding is the best way. And then if you are convinced, then you just need to just comment brand, and she'll literally send you the link to learn it for free on her webinar. That's how she's promoting it, right? This video, same, comment brand. This video, comment brand. Now the thing is, in the actual reel, she's not selling, hey guys, comment brand. The actual video is made to go viral. It's a top of funnel video. So if I show you this video, this video, she is just telling about, hey, everybody, like every girl needs to make money, they need to be independent, and they need to live the best life. So that is a video that is made to go viral, right? So now she is in the caption, she's telling that, hey guys, if you comment brand, I'll tell you literally how I build my brand and how I able to live my life. So that's how it all makes sense. She's living the dream lifestyle. That is the business model. If you want to live the same lifestyle, you need to buy her coaching program to learn this business model and live the lifestyle that she's living, if that makes sense, right? Leading up to her webinar, she's doing every single day one reel. On YouTube, she's posting content like this, "I made $100K in 6 hours." And in this video, for straight 20 minutes, she's just convincing people that, "Hey, personal branding is the best way. That's how I'm able to live my life. That's how so-and-so and so. That's how my clients, that's how my students are able to do that." Some case studies to build that proof and frame them to think that, "Hey, personal branding is actually the best way." And if you are living the lifestyle like this and if you have tons of results, it's like the easiest thing you can do, right? Again, in this one and this one, this one is more sort of a bottom of funnel video where she is going very niche specific, right? In all of these videos, she is literally trying to tell this message, right? And when it comes to YouTube description, she has a simple description that, hey guys, join my workshop. And on Instagram, again, she is framing them to believe that personal branding is the way, is the only way, is the best way to live the life on dream. So it's selling on the mechanism. Once they sold on the person, they need to sell on the mechanism. So let's say if you are an influencer and if you are a private equity influencer, right? Now, private equity is not the easiest way to make money. You, you need millions in the capital first, and now you need to know a bunch of business stuff, right? So yeah, you need to sell them that it's the easiest, it's the fastest, and it's the most like the best option for you right now to live the life I am living. So whenever you are selling the mechanism, just focus on these 3 things: easy, fast, better.. So it can be like SMMA versus dropshipping. It works for every single business model. But again, it all comes down to selling the dream. And yeah, if you want to live the dream, you need to join my workshop or buy my coaching program. So next thing is conversions, how she is making money. That's the most important one. And as I told you on Instagram, she's doing this DM call to action. So comment brand and I'll DM you the link. And on YouTube, she has this link, which is redirecting them to a landing page. And this also, she will send you a ManyChat automation, which is just a link for her webinar. And the next thing she's doing is story sequences. Now, this is a really important one. And in 2025, if something's more important than Reels on Instagram is literally the story sequence. That's where the 90% of the conversion happens. That's how you literally make 100K, 200K, even 500K just from story sequences. So story sequences are just literally a series of stories and it is made to persuade your audience to do a certain action, right? So for example, this one, all this, like the main goal of this story sequence is to join her workshop on 18th. And this story sequence, it's the same. So how story sequences work is really simple. First one, first story, you want to do a hook. I'll— I'm telling you the framework now, you can use it for any niche that you are in. Second one, you want to do a story. So it can be a transformation story about yourself,. It can be a transformation story of your client, any case studies that you have. Third one, you want to do a call to action. So, hey guys, if you want the same results, just DM me XYZ and I'll send you some more details. And if you want to take it to another level, then have more testimonials after call to action and then have call to actions again. So this is a basic framework on how story sequences work. And guys, this is literally the best thing because the people who are watching your stories are literally the best warm pool of leads that you can have on the internet that know you, they like you, they trust you, right? So in this story, the hook is a girl driving a McLaren, and I think it's a nice hook, right? Then the next story is, hey guys, today I want to do a Q&A, and the whole goal of this Q&A is having a specific set of questions that naturally flows into her workshop. So I'll show you how. First one is, are you single? So this is like She's doing it so that it doesn't feel like it's a direct pitch, right, to join her workshop. The next one is, yeah, it starts from here that, hey, what's the most transformative mindset? And she's telling that, hey, the most transformative mindset is, you know, I can build a personal brand and I can charge people a lot of money and make a lot of money. Third thing is, how do you, you know, collaborate with and how do we basically get brand sponsorships? So she'll be like, hey, uh, this is a coincidence and I'm literally teaching you for free in my 2-day workshop. So now it all makes sense, right? And again, how did you become rich? Because she is an influencer on Instagram. And again, if you want to be one, just join her workshop for 18th. Let's take a look at this one. And this one is on the day of her workshop. So first story is, hey guys, I hit 1.2 million and it feels effortless. Now the hook is, it feels effortless, because most of people, it's a lot of work to do. They can't even get to 10,000 followers on Instagram, right? Second thing is, look what happened, 5,000 people joined, but joined what? She didn't know, like nobody knows it. Now in the third reel, she is just pulling the curtains. So what she's doing in a video, and she's explaining that, hey guys, I'm doing a webinar on 18th, and that's what I'll do. So if you want to learn how to build personal brand, you can join it. So this is the link. And yeah, it's a simple story sequence and It was a hook. It was, I guess, again a hook. It was a story telling them that, hey, how she made money, how tons of her clients made money. And the last one is the call to action. And after that, she's just reposting the stories of people joined her workshop, right? So that is how story sequences work. And again, guys, this is the best thing you can do right now. If you're not doing it, you are missing out on a lot. And again, if you want my help to implement story sequences and any of the systems that I discussed in this video, You can just go to the first link in the description and book a call with me. So all of our traffic from stories, from our reels, from our YouTube videos going onto this landing page. The landing page is super simple, how to build a personal brand and get your first 10 to 100K followers. That is the outcome that they can expect by joining her workshop. Then she is telling them that, hey guys, day 1 we'll be doing this, day 2 we'll be doing this. And again, I'm your mentor and there are some of my results that I got. That is it. From here, the pre-webinar flow starts. She maximized on it using email, stories, and WhatsApp community. So the whole goal of the pre-webinar flow is to hype them up for the webinar, maxing your show-up rates, and nurture them as much as you can before the 18th. Because on the 18th, the only thing or the only piece of content that you have is webinar. So you want to nurture them before 18th so your webinar becomes really easy., right? So how she's doing it, she's using emails, stories, and WhatsApp. Now let's start with emails. Emails are very generic or below average, nothing crazy with emails. Your first email is join the WhatsApp community. Second email is, guys, we are doing this, this, and this. Third one is a reminder. Fourth one is also reminder. So, so stories are pretty generic, they are not nurturing anything, and they do not have any value. They are just reminders, right? Now stories, again, as I explained you earlier that she was running like multiple story sequences every single day leading up to the webinar, or at least one story sequence to maximize her shop rates and hype them up. Because so let's say in this video she'll be like, hey guys, last month I made $500K. If it's the exact same thing I'm going to tell you in the workshop, now you are more interested because if she can make $500K a month and she's telling you for free, you better off joining the workshop for free, right? So that's how story sequences generate FOMO in the audience. To join her workshop. The last thing and the best thing she did is WhatsApp, right? And the first message is, hey guys, thanks for joining. Second message is just a reward to— because by default, I guess most of the people keep it on like the notifications off. Now they are on, they will receive every single time a notification whenever she posts something in the community. So a maximum amount of people can see the message and they can join the workshop. So that is something you can do. And again, guys, emails worked at a time, but at present, if you want to run a webinar funnel and if you are running something that is in the future or you are doing a launch, all you want to do is choose a platform where people are most active on. So the thing is, if you are only sending emails, then the thing is nobody open emails. And if they do, there's million different problem with emails. They go on to your promotion tab, they go on to sometimes spam, and they go on to different, different tabs. And nobody reads promotional emails., but everybody open WhatsApp 100 times a day, almost 100 times a day, right? And every time they go onto the WhatsApp, they literally see the message and a popup in the community section. You can do it with WhatsApp, you can do it with Instagram broadcast, you can do it with Telegram, but you need to have a list hosted elsewhere rather than email. So you can do email plus Telegram, email plus WhatsApp, email plus Instagram, whatever works best for your audience. So let's say if they are on Instagram, then you obviously wanna do a broadcast. But yeah, just have a different channel of communication before the webinar. Instead of emails, right? And the last thing is on the webinar, on the day of the webinar. So I'm not gonna explain you the webinar because that was literally a 3-hour webinar, 2.5 to 3 hours. And yeah, if you want that breakdown, I broke it down for my internal team and all, so you can message me or DM me on Instagram and I'll send it to you. I have no issues with that. But she starts with a story of herself, how she made it, like the 18 to 25 transformation, right? And her client results. So she's just building the credibility and authority before she goes on to the pitch. Then she's selling them on a business model again, why it's the easiest, fastest, and best thing to do in 2025. And then why Afnan, why I am the best person to talk about it, why Afnan is the best person to talk about it. Then she's pitching. Her pitch was really simple, the brand code. And it was a high-ticket offer. It was like the base is around 3.5K. Then she is like 3, 4 plans, but the most like most pushed one was a group offer for 12K. And the most premium one was 30K offer, right? So that was it. And yeah, she did an amazing launch. And again, if you want my help, you can just go into the first link in the description and book a one-on-one call with me. And that's how Afnan is making half a million dollars a month with her coaching program.
