How Uzma and Leena make $237,500/mo selling Airbnb Coaching

Uzma Patel and Lina Ahmed make $237,500 a month selling Airbnb coaching through Instagram and YouTube. Their funnel has friction: no video sales letter, unclear CTAs, and a weak DM process. Replacing their Linktree with a direct landing page, adding email capture, and posting daily stories could add $50-100k monthly.

In this video, I'll break down how Uzma and Lina both are making more than $250,000 every single month with their Airbnb coaching business. So I'll break down exactly, uh, what YouTube strategy they are using, what Instagram strategy they are using, how they are going viral. Instagram, you can see 174K views, 2 million views, 141,000 views, and 1.9 million views. Same with Lina, how she's going, how like they both are going super viral. And also some mistakes they are doing right now that is costing them at least $50,000 every single month. So I'll break down their Instagram strategies, their YouTube funnel, and then finally the solutions to their problem, how they can add an extra $50,000 every single month onto their coaching funnel. So I have the funnel breakdown, what they need to do step by step. So if you are a coach or creator who want to start or scale their coaching business, you can go on to the first link in the description. And book a call with me. Now let's start Instagram first because that is what we use mainly for top of funnel or attracting people onto our funnel, letting people know who Lina and Uzma is, right? So 67.3K followers, uh, decent size Instagram. 23 Airbnb investor want to learn what to do. Okay, so they are running a DM funnel, uh, which is not ideal if they do not have any VSL or webinar or free masterclass. So, uh, this is the link. Let's click on this link and take a look at her Reels section. So what type of Reels or content they are posting? So, uh, first of all, like, you can see the views: 2.7 million, 36, 60k, 57k, 87k, 34, 300, 335k, 158, 148, 60. Like, these guys mastered Instagram. 5 million views. So they are going super, super viral. Now let's take a look at her viral videos first, what they are doing in there. So, you and your best friend fail school. Okay, okay, okay, okay. So what they are doing in this reel, I can tell you with the title on there, that they know their ICP, their ideal client profile, is— and they are just talking about one of their pain point and how they can still succeed in an Airbnb business. So this is the top of funnel video where they are just attracting the client they want to work with or they want to sell their coaching program to. Now let's take a look at this video, uh, this reel that got 2.7 million. And here you can see that, that the same stuff. They are not telling about they have an Airbnb business or what an Airbnb business, how they make money, why they make money, all these things. They are just selling on the lifestyle or showing the lifestyle. Now what the natural instinct of psychology, if I am their ideal client, I'll look at the lifestyle and be like, damn, these girls in their 20s are making a lot of money, how they're doing it. I'll click on their links and then the middle of funnel or becoming an interested lead onto their coaching program, the process of that starts. And let's take another video which went viral, which is this one, 5 million, and Yeah guys, you can like— these are completely— I'm like, this is crazy, but these are completely top of funnel videos where they do not show what they do, where they do not tell you that how you can make money. On the only thing they are showing is your lifestyle. Now you'll be naturally interested in what these guys are doing, how they are making a shit ton of money at the age of 21, 22, 23. Whatever they are. So top of funnel, the whole goal of Instagram, uh, I can see is just to get people onto their funnel. After that, they will nurture them maybe through YouTube videos, maybe free masterclass, but I don't think they are running a masterclass funnel. So you can also do that if you have a biz op offer, or if you are making a lot of money, or if you sell a make money offer online. What it do, it will build your brand awareness, it will make you viral very, very fast instead of you telling them, you know, value-based reels. Value-based reels also work, but once— if nobody's watching them, there is no point of posting middle of funnel or value-based content on Instagram, right? So your whole goal of Instagram, if you are just starting out, is to just post as much viral content as you can. And lifestyle videos, day in the life videos, uh, buying a car, all this kind of lifestyle stuff is the best way to get people onto your funnel because Everybody wants the lifestyle that you are living if you are rich or you are, you know, something like Lena and Ousma. That is the general idea behind going viral of this type of content, right? And if I click on this link, I'll get redirected to here. So okay, here's a mistake. They are not running a VSL funnel. There is no link that I can go on and book a call with the team, with the closer, with the seller. They have these 3, I think, YouTube videos. First one is our $1.5 million dream house reveal, which is top of funnel video. Second, Airbnb host answer your most asked question, which is middle of funnel video. Starting it in your Airbnb property, which is bottom funnel video. So what these guys are doing at this page is first, let's say you watch 5 or 6 of their reels. Now you'll be interested in what these guys are doing, right? So So you click on the link and watch this first video, which is 1.5 million, uh, you know, house tour. So in this video, they will tour the house and exactly tell you how they make money. So they'll be like, okay guys, if you wanna have the same house, or if you wanna live the same life we are living, just start an Airbnb business. They will tell you some benefits of it. So you do not need any investment. There is no risk in the business. You can start as a beginner, all these kind of things. Just to sell them onto the coaching program. And then naturally I'll have hundreds of questions about Airbnb. So what's Airbnb business? How can I get started? Uh, how much do I need as my capital? What's the guarantee? Uh, how can I succeed? How can I succeed faster? How can I live life like you? Right? These are the questions. And in the second video, this is exactly what they address, right? So this is a, you know, purely strategy-wise or strategy-based landing page where they have 3 videos. But I can tell you, if they have a VSL page instead of that, or maybe a free masterclass funnel, it will outperform this because there, there is no call to action. If I click on it, okay, so I'll get, you know, added to their email list, added to their newsletter if they are running that. So this is not ideal if you are getting millions of impressions every single month. Okay, so this was it. So no stories. Okay, yeah, so top of funnel video, viral videos, and get people onto your funnel. That is the main goal, main goal of Lena MS profile. Now Uzma Patel, uh, okay, same DM funnel, which is not ideal at all. Oh, she has stories, uh, so first story have certain people, okay. Okay, okay, perfect. So this is the perfect types of story that you need to post every single day. You are posting some lifestyle stories, what's going on in your life, you are posting what you are doing in the day, and then some student results and your personal results, just to tease people about your coaching program. So let's say if I follow you, I haven't watched your YouTube videos, now I'll watch your stories and I'll be intrigued 'What she is doing? How she is doing that? His students are closing 13K. What's her coaching program? How can I get into it?' So this is, you know, just to build the curiosity in their mind around their coaching program or around the Airbnb business thing. But let's take a look at her Reels. For sure they laughed at you, guys. You— I think you get the point just after watching the video. Simple top of funnel video that is purely made to attract her ideal client profile. Does not matter what business they are doing, does not matter what their age, does not matter— it does not matter at all. The only thing that is showing in these videos is just lifestyle, and everybody is interested in lifestyle. So this is the perfect strategy if you want to go viral. Just post lifestyle video. Once they get into your funnel, redirect them to your YouTube channel or a free masterclass or a VSL funnel. But YouTube works the best so that you can have the maximum amount of conversions because they will be more nurtured, more educated about what you are selling and why it's the best way to do it, right? So 2 million, this went viral also. And yeah, you weren't born rich. So this exactly appealed to the people who are not born rich, who are maybe middle class people and who want to, you know, trying to make it in their life. So you got the point, right? And then let me skim through it. 1.9 million views exactly. Uh, she is in a car POV. You found someone with the same mindset. Exact reel that I showed you in this account. But yeah, her main top of funnel is just showing the lifestyle that they want, and it's just selling on the dream. That's what Iman did with his SMMA offer. When the time he was running it. And that's what Breskailz is doing it right now with his Freelance Brain Scaling offer. Now let's take a look at her link, what she is doing. Exact thing, 3 videos, top of funnel, middle of funnel, what they are doing, how they do it, why is the best vehicle to do to get the life they want, and then finally a testimonial. So yeah, Lena and Uzma exactly know what they're talking about. They are running a real coaching business and I can exactly live the same life if I buy her coaching program. Program. That's the psychology behind it. Okay, now no call to action, simple email stuff. The point is they have tons of, tons of friction which is useless in their funnel. Instead of doing all this, you can have a simple, maybe a larger VSL, long VSL, 30-minute VSL, and below that you have a type form, and then they can exactly— they can directly book a call with you if they want. If they don't still you have their email, right? So I don't know, um, who's the operator behind their operations, but they are missing out on a lot of conversions, a lot of sales, and a lot of cash, right? But let's start the YouTube thing, uh, what they are doing on YouTube. How I onboarded to 150K property at 23, full process exactly, middle of funnel video. So let's say if I watch 5 of her reels I'll be intrigued what they are doing. I'll watch this video and I'll exactly know she's running an Airbnb business and she explained how you can start in this, why is the best vehicle possible, and you can just DM her Airbnb and join her coaching program. So that's how we attract people onto our Instagram and then convert them or nurture or educate them on YouTube and then finally convert them through YouTube, right? So that's the best funnel possible. If you are going viral on Instagram, then start a YouTube channel, post middle of funnel videos, top of funnel videos, and attract people onto there. Because YouTube is the best platform when it comes to nurturing or educating your people, right? Educating your audience. The next video, obviously top of funnel video showing the lifestyle, Dubai and UK, flying first class, building and business, luxury British courtside, right? So this will directly attract the people who want to live the same lifestyle. And 10 minutes into the video, they will introduce that, hey guys, if you want to same life, we are running an Airbnb business. This is not a hard call to action, but just a simple soft call to action that will lead to middle of funnel video. And from there, they will directly— they will like book a call directly with their team, and then they close them, right? So they are now following a split strategy. Split strategy is You post maybe 1 to 2 top of funnel videos and then 1 to 2 bottom of funnel videos. So you can take a look, 2 top of funnel videos and then 1 bottom of funnel videos, and you can see the exact like live proof. 55K videos on this one because this will appeal to a larger audience, and then 27K on this one because this is niche-specific educational and pain point type of solving video. And then again, 1 middle of funnel video and then 2 top of funnel videos. So 2:1 split strategy, I think they are following that, and they are getting amazing engagement, like tons of views, tons of traffic. And it will exactly happen to you if you are using your Instagram as— or Instagram and TikTok to get people onto your funnel and then funnel them onto YouTube, right? And then funnel them onto your coaching program. If I take a look at one of the YouTube videos Ah, I don't know who's their operator, guys, but you don't know what he's doing, right? Instead of having their profile names, they can just add simple links, right? You can look at my description, I have a simple link to my Instagram. So if you have any question, you can just DM me on Instagram directly by clicking on it. Now I have to, you know, put up my phone, open Instagram search bar, click on the search bar and then type out Lina Ahmed, search for it, and then I'll, you know, click on her profile and then I can ask her a question, DM her, A and B and B or something like whatever the action they want to do. But there is 5 to 10 unnecessary steps in this, right? I can click on the simple link here and I'll redirect it to Instagram. On other option, I need to use this. So they have tons and tons of useless friction onto their funnel, and that's why they are missing out on a lot of conversions or sales. Right, so yeah, content-wise they are amazing, but they don't exactly know how to get more people interested in your offer, in your Airbnb business, and how to collect leads, right? How to collect super high-quality leads. Because these guys are killing it with your content. They can add another $50,000 to $100,000 if they made some little bit of tweaks in their funnel here and there, right? And Lilay Nuzma, if you are watching it, you can just DM me on Instagram and we can talk about that. But let's go on to the next YouTube channel, which is a bottom of, you know, funnel YouTube channel. And all they're doing here is posting client case studies, results, and telling people that, hey, we are not running any scam operations, we have a legitimate coaching business, these are our real clients and their real reasons. So this is super good, and they can also do it on the main YouTube channel you know, once a month or twice a month, it will get more views and more conversions. Or they can have a call to action in the videos that, guys, if you want to see our case studies, just go on to this channel. But this is, again, this is a useless friction or a useless step in the funnel, right? So, okay. And if I take a look at this video, I just want to see the description. DM Milan on Instagram. Guys, again, useless friction. So these guys are— I don't know, but they have tons of useless friction. And if they can remove the friction, build a proper funnel, maybe a VSL funnel, maybe a free masterclass funnel, both will work amazing. Or they can have a VSL funnel for YouTube and email, uh, and then a free masterclass funnel for Instagram. That's what Shelby is doing. Shelby Sapp, if you know her. I have a YouTube video on her million dollars a month coaching business breakdown. If you want to see it, you can watch this video on my channel. And yeah, that's it about the traffic. So we can see that these guys are doing a lot of mistake, but still they are pulling in more than $200,000. How? That is just traffic. But I see in every single one of my video, focus on getting traffic, because even if you have a bad funnel, even if you have a bad offer, even if you have, you know, even if you don't have anything, you will still make a ton of money if you have traffic. Now I'll show you the solutions and exactly what they can do, what changes they can make in the funnel, or if you are running the same funnel, what changes you can make in your funnel, collect an extra $50,000 every single month. Now here's the solution, here's the main sauce, main juicy part of the video. So here's the solution, uh, how I do things in their funnel, what funnels I'll use. So right now, Lena and Uzma can use either of the funnel— free masterclass funnel or opt-in funnel. And if you want to learn how the free masterclass funnel works, you can check out my latest YouTube video. It's the last one where I broke down Shelby Sapp's, uh, million dollars a month funnel, every single step. But I'd change story sequences, like I would add story sequences to Lena and Uzma's funnel. I'll post middle of funnel Instagram content just to build trust on Instagram also if you are doing a free masterclass funnel. Because if you are doing a free masterclass funnel, we need to give value to them before jumping— before them committing on to a 90-minute masterclass, right? And I'll have some ManyChat automations for stories. So DM me this and I'll send you the link to register on to my free masterclass, things like that, right? So just watch this video, you will have, uh, amazing idea about what free masterclass funnel is, how it works, and how you can implement them into your coaching business. For this video, I'll explain you exactly how they can use an opt-in VSL funnel, which would, it would be amazing for them, right? So first of all, link in bio. Right now they have, uh, this like Linktree link in bio. So instead of that, I will add a direct VSL page. So a page like this where we have our main ICP who we are targeting, then the main headline, subheadline, and actual VSL. And then some— instead of this, I will have some Typeform questions, obviously, because I want to collect their email so that I can retarget them even if they do not book a call with me. And then tons of students, right? So I will have the link in bio and then story sequences. So first of all, I'd make sure that both of them are posting everyday stories onto their Instagram. It can be personal stories, can be lifestyle stories, what they are doing, uh, how's their day-to-day going, things like that. So everyday lifestyle stories and student results every 2 to 3 days. So it will create that fear of missing out feeling onto the people who are watching their stories consistently, who are following them, right? And then, uh, I will have stories if they want to get new clients. So you see William Brown posted some kind of stories once a month or twice a month when, when he launches his one-to-one like coaching calls. So I will have exact stories like them where I will go through that, hey, we are opening 10 spots for the one-to-one Airbnb coaching program, then some student sales. Then if you want access or if you want to join, just DM me the word and I'll send you the link to book a call with my team. And then sometimes Airbnb Q&A. Also, like, it is a part of middle of funnel content, needs specific questions so that I can build trust into the Instagram audience, right? Then middle of funnel content on Instagram, I will post educational reels on both of their accounts 1 to 2 times every single week right now because their whole Instagram audience is based on, uh, I would say entertainment seekers, right? So I will have educational reels 1, 2, 3 times every single week. So first I'll have once a week, then twice a week, and then thrice a week. After 1 to 2 months, I will have 3 times educational reel, 4 times entertainment so that we can maintain the balance. We are going viral and also build trust on Instagram also. And on the educational reels, I will have a call to action with ManyChat. So it can be a free guide, it can be free training, or most of the time it will be the free training for this OptinVSL, right? And then call to action as I explained you. With YouTube right now, you can see the description, it is super unorganized. It does not work at all, right? So I will have simple description like this: want to help you, want us to help you start scale your Airbnb business, then link to the VSL. Linaj's Instagram direct link, and I prefer deep links so that we can track how many people are, you know, going from YouTube to Instagram to ask them questions and something like that. So Linaj's Instagram, Uzma's Instagram. Track links, and then all of this, every single one of this is going, going redirected to an opt-in VSL. So we have the headline, subheadline, and a VSL, call to action, and below call to action we have tons of case studies, testimonials, and results, right? So this is the best and simplest format of a VSL page. You do not need to overcomplicate it. And then once they click on it, a pop-up will appear. We will ask for that name, email, number and then they will end— like, they will have access to the actual 15-minute plus training. Because if we are redirecting people from Instagram, we need a longer VSL to nurture and educate them better before booking on a call with our team, right? Then call to action, and the call to action goes on to a Typeform. We ask some questions, qualifying questions, and then direct calendar link. It's simple. After calendar link, we have manual ways that we send reminders and automated ways that we send reminders. Members. So that is a super simple funnel, and this will add at least $50,000 into their monthly recurring revenue. And I am guaranteeing this, that if Lena and Uzma apply this to their funnel, like, they will add at least $50,000. It's that good, it's that simple, and that good. Okay, so that's it about Neilas and Uzma's $200K a month coaching funnel. What mistakes they are doing, and then some solutions to it. And again, if you want my help to start or scale your coaching business, if you are a coach or creator and want me to help you start or scale your coaching business, just go on to the first link in the description. You can book a one-on-one call with me and we can figure out if we are a good fit, or, you know, I'll leave you better off than you started. Thanks for watching.
