In this brief instructional video for the SEO for Business course, the presenter walks viewers through a simple process for reporting SEO performance to clients. He recommends using rank‑tracking services such as SERPbook (his preferred tool) or SERPfox, both of which offer free trials and paid memberships. The steps shown include creating a free account, adding the client’s website and a small set of target keywords (typically 5‑10), letting the tool monitor SERP positions, and then periodically (weekly or monthly) capturing the ranking‑movement graph as a screenshot. The screenshot is attached to a concise email sent to the client, providing a visual update on ranking improvements. The presenter briefly compares the two tools, noting that SERPfox’s graphs are less intuitive, and encourages viewers to test both before deciding on a paid plan. The video ends with a reminder to watch the next concluding video.

Hey, what's up guys? Welcome to the next video of this SEO for Business course. This video I'll just be going over quickly how to report your results to your client. Again, this will be a very short video as there really isn't much to it. So let's get straight into it. So the technique is to either use SERPbook or SERPfox.com and just email them monthly screenshots of ranking improvements. So what you want want to do is head on over to CertBook. I use CertFox as well, but CertBook is by far my favorite. So head on over to certbook.com. They have a free account. You can use that for now if you want, and once you get more clients, you can obviously expand and purchase a paid membership. Let me log into my account right here. And this is— I'm using this one for a surgery site which I've been working on recently. But as you can see, you want to go ahead and before you start doing any SEO, add your site and your keywords into the SERPbook. And then what you want to do is just let it sit there and every once a week or once a month or so, email them a graph. And you can just click on the graph right here on the left, the little icon. You can see SERP movement in all the major search engines. Like this one and so on. You just want to— you're obviously not going to have this many keywords. You're going to have way fewer, like 5, 6, 10 at the most. So you just want to go ahead and do that for your clients real quick and send them an email. Screenshot this, send them an email real quick, and that's it. You're all set basically. And that's it for this video. As I said, it's going to be a very short one. Make sure you guys check out SERP fox.com as well. They're also a good source, but I don't really like their graphs. They're not as intuitive. But again, there's a free trial. Test out which one you like the most and use their— buy a membership to them. All right guys, see you in the next video for the conclusion. Bye-bye.
