Hi, I'm Natalie Moore, and this testimonial is for Rebecca Kordecki, RK Breathwork. And let's see, I've been working with Rebecca for almost a year now, taking her breathwork classes at The Den, and I've experienced so many benefits from it, I don't even know where to start. So one thing is it's really helped me open my heart and be more vulnerable with people and to be more accepting and open of my own feelings. I've tried pretty much every holistic modality you can think of, literally all of them, and breathwork I would say is one of, if not the most powerful modalities I've experienced so far. Hence my, what I call, healthy addiction to doing breathwork pretty much every week with Rebecca for the past year. So yes, opening my heart, being more vulnerable, being more tolerant of emotions. One of the things I like the most about Rebecca's approach is she has equal parts loving energy and kicking-ass energy. So not only is she super safe and warm and loving and likable and all that stuff, but she also, with her boot camp, like, personal trainer background, she also really knows how to kick your butt. You know, the style that she has is loving but fierce, and she really pushes you to get past your comfort zone and really have that breakthrough that you're looking for with breathwork. So anyone who's hesitant about trying it, I would say you have nothing to lose. Look, you go to a class, you try it out, you lay on your back, you have this woman telling you how to breathe, and either you do it and you commit and you have your breakthrough and it's amazing, or you're like, you know what, I don't I don't think this is for me, or I'm not ready for this. And you either just lay there and, you know, do your own breathing style, or you walk out and leave. There's really nothing to lose except for a little bit of time and maybe a little bit of money. But I think if you're someone who's open-minded and who's always looking for a new way to grow and something, a personal tool that you can learn and use for yourself to be empowered to be your own healer, I think it's going to be a great fit for you. One of the things that, in terms of like taking the leap to invest in myself and working on myself, that wasn't that difficult for me because I've done that in a lot of different arenas in my life. But I think when I first heard about breathwork, what enticed me was the fact that it was an active breathing meditation. So I've tried a lot of different types of meditation, like mindfulness and mantra and Kundalini and a lot of different types. But what I love about breathwork is that it it goes with my personality instead of against it. Like, I'm a kind of like Type A doer, very active person, always have lots of ideas, lots of things going on. And other meditations I felt like always wanted me to just get very still and very quiet and centered. And yes, that's great, and I've benefited from that too. But what I love about breathwork, especially Rebecca's style, is that it goes with my personality instead of against it. And so it, it's like a really good fit for who I am and my personality. Life results that have occurred from breathwork, like I said, I've had more vulnerability, so more willing to have those tough conversations with people, those kinds of tough conversations where you just immediately start crying and it's like, it's been a conversation years in the making, those kinds of things. And it's also helped me just kind of connect to my own greatness and realize that I have important gifts to share in this world, and that why would I ever hold those back out of fear. Sorry, I'm going kind of long on this video. And just Rebecca's style is so warm and loving, I can't recommend her anymore. So have fun with your breathwork, and I can't— I just— there's really— there's so much I could say, I could go on for hours. But enjoy your breathwork with Rebecca, and I wish you the best.
