Hey guys, I'm still on my self-care walk and I'm not 100% back to good, but I wanted to talk to you guys about some self-care that I did yesterday too. I was having a bit of a weird day. I felt kind of disembodied and quite surreal. Um, I won't give too much context about why that is, but let's just say I was in an off mood and I had a decision to make and I was feeling really confused about which direction I wanted to go. And I actually almost missed the class. I had an 8:15 breathwork class in Hollywood. For those of you who don't know what breathwork is, it's a transformational type of meditation where you do circular breathing, one into the belly, one into the chest, and then out through the mouth. And you just repeat that for about an hour. It's amazing. I swear by it. But I was so in my head that it was literally 8:05 and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the meditation studio. And my boyfriend walks in and says, "Don't you have breathwork tonight?" And I just ran out and rushed to the meditation studio. It sounds funny because rushing to meditation sounds like it's not worth it, not worth the pain, but honestly, it was totally worth it. I was able to lay down on that cushion and be guided through my transformational breathwork, get out of my head, get back into my body and into connection and alignment with my spirit. And I just experienced so much more clarity and didn't feel the need to continue to ruminate on that decision. I knew exactly what I needed to do and I just felt so much better afterwards, just felt so much more like me. So I'm glad I was able to share this with you guys. I'll leave a link down below. So that you can learn a little bit more about breathwork. I seriously swear by it. And there are a couple great— if you live in LA, there's a couple really great studios in LA that offer it. And pretty soon I actually plan on offering it if I can find some workshop space. So thanks for watching and hope to see you soon. Bye!
