In this tutorial, the presenter demonstrates how to use Floyi’s platform to generate large numbers of content briefs (10‑40 at a time) that are fully aligned with a brand’s topical map, audience, and SEO goals. Starting from the Topical Authority page, they click the Bulk Briefs button, view the hierarchical topical map (showing pillars, clusters, topics, pages) with weighted importance scores and current SERP rankings, and select topics that are not yet ranking. They then choose target personas (e.g., managing partners, senior partners). The AI agents automatically generate keywords and entities by analyzing top‑ranking competitors, filter out irrelevant content, and create internal links (parent, related, sub‑topics) as well as external links drawn from competitor references or user‑provided sources. After reviewing the automated suggestions, the user queues the briefs, receives an email notification when the 17 briefs are ready, and can repeat the process for any batch size. The demo highlights the end‑to‑end automation of brief creation, link placement, and delivery, emphasizing speed and consistency.

In this video, I'm going to show you how to create 10, 20, 30, 40 content briefs in bulk. And they're all going to be aligned to your brand, your audience, and your topical map. Everything ties together. All your internal links are automatically generated as well as your external links. So let's get started. Head over to your topical authority page. And all we need to do is click the bulk briefs button here. Then we see our topical map on the left. We see the various brief settings on the right. From here, with the topical map hierarchical tree, we're able to see our topic, what level it is, if it's a pillar, cluster, topic, or page. And then we have the weighted score of importance. Then we have the position ranking in the SERPs for this particular topic. We're already ranking number 1 for digital marketing for law firms, number 2 for local SEO for law firms. So we're probably not looking for those, but let's just say we want to create a whole bunch of content briefs for all of these topics that we're not ranking for. Okay. Let's see. Bum, bum, bum. How many do we have now? We have 14. Let's just do a few more. Okay. So we have 17 briefs here that we want to write in bulk. Then let's select our target personas. Let's say we want to target managing partners and senior partners. Then in the keywords and entities, you don't have to do anything because the AI agents will do it all for you. It'll analyze the top-ranking competitors that are relevant. A lot of times you get irrelevant articles in there, and so you don't really want to analyze them. Our AI agents will be able to sift through the noise and only select the top-ranking ones that are relevant to the search intent, to your brand, to your audience. Then from here, we have our internal links. The internal links are all automated, so you don't need to do anything. It'll choose links that are most topically relevant to a specific article. So you don't have to do any of that work. You'll see it suggests the one parent topic, 2 to 4 of the related topics, and then 1 to 3 subtopics. And then here for external links, you can include external links commonly referenced by competitors. So if your competitors are linking to a specific law on a government site, that's directly relevant in one of these 17 topics that we're creating a brief for. So you don't have to do any of that work because our AI agents will do all that work for you. And of course you can always add your own external sources. If you want, you can include your own homepage website here, other sites that you may have, or another agency or another partner, whatever you want. The AI agents will go through the content and decide where to place all these links. So you don't have to worry about it. And all you do is click queue briefs. And from there, it will generate 17 briefs for you. And you'll get an email that tells you when all the briefs have been generated. And that's how easy it is. You can create 10, 20, 30, 40 briefs all at one time.
