In this tutorial, Yoyao Hsueh introduces a new Floyi feature that lets users export their topical research—including topics, subtopics, and keywords—to an Excel spreadsheet for bulk editing. After making changes such as reclassifying items (e.g., marking entries as physiotherapy services or blog/educational resources), users can re‑import the spreadsheet directly into Floyi, replacing the existing data. The video walks through the export, edit, and import steps, demonstrates the replacement warning, and shows the updated view in the app. Hsueh also offers practical guidance: avoid adding new generated subtopics that you intend to regenerate (they’ll be overwritten), ensure higher‑level topics are included so the AI can correctly place subtopics, and use the feature to edit existing hierarchy before generating additional subtopics and keywords.

All right. We have an exciting new feature. Sometimes you're in topical research and we get a lot of different topics and subtopics and keywords, and it just gets overwhelming. And it's difficult to use the edit here to make mass changes. What if you want to make your own changes? We can export to Excel, open it up. And then start making changes. Well, now we can also do it and import it back into Flowe itself. So let's say we want to make these all physiotherapy services and these patient resources, blog and educational. Let's say we want to make this all blog and educational. So all we have to do is save this. And import it back into Flowe using this import button. You'll get a warning to replace current data. Yes, I want to replace my current data. Now it's all uploaded and you can see physiotherapy services, patient services, and we made more patient services down here. Let me make this a little bit bigger. Too big. So you can see the patient services that we had changed, the patient services and the physiotherapy services. All right. It's super simple. You can make all the changes you want. I would suggest that if you were to add any more subtopics down here, just be forewarned that If you were to generate more, that they will be overwritten. So focus on the ones you want to change here and then move forward and generate more subtopics and keywords as you go forward. What I would suggest is if you have your own main topics that you want to cover already, and you already know what they are, you can go ahead and edit those. Same with subtopics. If you wanted to add more subtopic 2s in there, you know, you can just add more rows. Let's say just, you know, for sakes of this, just make sure you add the higher level topics in there so that the AI understands where your subtopics go within the whole topical research hierarchy. All right. And that's it.
