So just about 30 years ago, I was in Amman, Jordan. I'm walking down the street and I see this line of people, uh, stretched out, and I figured they must know something. I got in line, got to the front of the line. I saw everybody was handing over about a dollar. I handed over a little bit of money. I got the plate, this plate of this Wonderful, hot, sweet, gooey, fantastic pastry called knafeh. And it's sort of like a Palestinian or Jordanian cheesecake. It has a layer of cheese, different layers of dough, honey, honey water, that kind of stuff. Fantastic stuff. It's not necessarily a dish you're gonna get in Lebanon or Syria or places. It's a Palestinian Jordanian dish. Fantastic. And this is like As far as I'm concerned, Mecca, it's still been around 30 years later. I think it's probably been probably there 30 years before I discovered it, maybe 50 years before I discovered it. But every time I'm in Amman, I always make sure to come. And you see everybody's enjoying themselves. It's fantastic. Not very expensive. Great food. So this is just fantastic stuff, right? It's like buttery, cheesy, sweet, gooey. It's sort of like baklava on steroids. When you decide it's time to grow your international sales, call us.
