I may have mentioned that I love ice cream. This is kulfi, Indian ice cream. I'm at the Kulfi Center in Mumbai. It's been here since before I was born, and I've been eating here for about 20 years. It hasn't changed. Good. It hasn't changed, although Now the people who work here wear shirts, where 20 years ago they typically didn't wear shirts. But it's great ice cream. It's sort of homemade, um, although it's really industrialized. But what they're doing is they're freezing it. Kulfi is sort of made by freezing ice cream without churning it. Okay, and it's so— it's dense, uh, very, very tasty. They make it here. With also with basically with natural fruits, saffron. The flavors I'm getting are saffron, mango, and pistachio mixed fruit. So they have sort of traditional flavors. They also have like chocolate and that kind of thing. But this place is on— it's on Chowpatty Beach. You've probably eaten in an Indian restaurant named Chowpatty Beach because it's a relatively common name, but there is an actual beach here. It's like— Copacabana. It's a very famous beach in Mumbai, and this is a very famous kulfi place, even though it's a little hole in the wall. If you're ever in Mumbai, have kulfi here. If not, have kulfi someplace else. Kulfi is very good, but this is sort of the best kulfi you're ever gonna find. Remember, when you're ready to grow your international sales, reach out to us. We can help.
