I'm in the Jeddah Airport in Saudi Arabia. I want to talk about a book called Total Workday Control by Michael Lindenberger. And it's one of those books that deals with using a specific tool, in this case Outlook, to manage your day-to-day workflow. Like a lot of people, most of my workflow, most of my tasks are triggered by communication, typically an email or a telephone call coming. And so I can use Outlook as typically the desktop that I'm going to use to plan all of my tasks and my scheduling and stuff. And this goes really— it's been very, very helpful to me to figure out exactly how to do that from a technical perspective, how to leverage all the tools that you can find in Outlook to really drive your workflow in a very effective way. It's a very helpful book. I'm talking right now about the 3rd edition, but I think they're probably already at 4th edition, and it really goes into the depth of how you can use all the various tools in Outlook to really drive your workflow very effectively. And I found it very, very helpful to drive both my scheduling, my tasks, make sure I don't lose things or lose track of things, make sure I follow up with things, that kind of thing. Because we're all in sales management, we're all very, very busy getting dozens or hundreds of emails every day we have to deal with, and managing that is never an easy task.
