Welcome to what Would It Cost Today? We're super, super fired up and pumped up to be sitting down here with who we call Coach, myself and my partner, Michael Zarek Fatah. He's an absolute beauty and amazing person inside and out, along with being a badass entrepreneur. And the list goes on.
Welcome, Coach. Yeah, thank you. Nice to be here with you guys and it's an honor to be on your podcast. This is, this is fun. This is going to be a good conversation. Absolutely. Yeah. So, you know, we've known each other for quite some time and we've known each other for a long time, but more so kind of on the peripheral, you know, knowing of each other, but not really, really, like drop it in. Yeah. Since as of lately, of course. But, you know, we both really evolved and grew up in nightlife.
Yeah.
You know, 25 years in nightlife industry for myself, starting at 18, you know, starting as a D dancer, bartender, promoter, manager, venue owner, sentry room, Blowfish maison, my mom spa, 12 companies during that time and, and then getting on this path. So looking forward to diving in, sharing all that with, with you guys and for everybody watching.
Yeah, yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. Yeah. And, and just in, in regards to, you know, you really paving the way with whatever it is you put your mind to, you were always an awesome leader and you always had everyone looking in and focusing on what. Because you just, you did it with a lot of class, you did it with a lot of taste, and you did it with leading in a beautiful way. Right. So even in the nightlife and entrepreneur or the nightlife and hospitality space, you really did carve the way and you really start, you really kept and continued to set the bar higher and higher for Toronto nightlife. When it came to the ambiance of your venues and the crowd that you attracted to it and the international DJs and the music and the way you curated experiences and staffed your venues, it was always just top, top notch. Right. So even, even in that space and obviously now it's a total new industry. But we see you doing, I see you doing the same thing and so does everyone else that I speak to. So it's just, it's so inspiring from where you came from and how big of a shift it is and how different of an industry it is, but how much of the foundation and everything that you do with this space is just as elevated as the one in the prior. So that, that for, for us serves as big and for me personally as well, coming out of that industry into a total different, you know, Sector and industry altogether, too. How that really helped me on my journey was insane. So talk to us a little bit more about those fundamentals and how that just comes so natural to you and how you. You work really hard at that, but it. It shows, right?
Yeah. Thank you. I appreciate the kind words, words of acknowledgement. You know, it really, I believe, starts with intention. You know, when Ralph and I started with the promotions and opening Sentry Room, it all came from a place of just wanting to see people have a good time. We weren't doing spreadsheets and forecasting how much we were going to make in 2004. It was more about, let's do it our way, you know, let's do something a little different. Let's introduce something new and exciting to Toronto. And it came from a place of intention of just wanting people to have a good time and trusting our intuition, you know, like being able to push the envelope and do what felt most exciting for us. That really resonated because we believed in ourselves, we believed in our vision, you know, so intention and intuition are two things that have really played a big part in our success in the nightlife and entertainment industry. You know, traveling to different places, being inspired by what you see in LA or London or New York and interpreting that and bringing back, you know, something unique to Toronto is definitely what gave us a competitive advantage for many years. And, you know, we were creative, we believed in ourselves, and we really weren't afraid to push the envelope. Right. So as entrepreneurs, you know, we. We have to be open to taking chances. We have to be pioneers and be willing to step into the unknown. Right. And a big shift for me when I got into this wellness coaching, you know, holistic lifestyle, also came from an intention of how can I share with people what it is that I've learned that's made such a big difference for me.
Right.
You know, and really the intention of wanting to help other people, to elevate their lives and to hopefully experience the same type of transformation and break through that I was fortunate enough to. To have for my own life. And, you know, ultimately came down to choosing to follow my purpose and. And let that purpose be my passion, to drive me, which is what, you know, evolved into what I'm doing now. Right, Right. Yeah. Right. Awesome.
Yeah, that's really awesome. And just to touch a bit on what Nick was saying about, you know, switching that lifestyle, that career change, a 180, because, you know, we hear a lot from a lot of people given, you know, he was in nightlife and then So I find a lot of people, they feel that sometimes they're just, you know, on that career path and it might be crazy to think of doing something completely different. And I remember we had a discussion about, you know, understanding what you're really maybe mentored for. So what, what's some advice you could give to that really helped you shift from again, that party scene, creating that experience, to still creating that experience, but more in a holistic and, you know, mind, body and soul type of way versus just the partying. So like, what put you on that, that path?
Yeah, it's a great question. So first off, many people get stuck in their career and they'll, they'll live that identity for the rest of their life because they can't see past the role that they play and for who they think people see them as. You know, there's. I love this quote. I'm not sure who said it, but I am who I think you think I am. Okay, say it one more time. I am who I think you think I am. Which means my identity is over there with you. So based on who you think I am is how I perceive my own value.
Right?
So just because you were in nightlife for 20 plus years doesn't mean you're Nick the nightlife guy forever, Right? You know, at any point in time, we can choose to shift our identity when we choose to shift our way of being and realize, okay, what actions, what behaviors, what beliefs do I have currently that don't align with that version of me that I want to be. Now some people might say, well, how do I know who I want to be? When you're feeling resistance, when you're feeling dissonant, you're not really so aligned with what you do anymore. When going to work doesn't feel fun anymore, when you're feeling like dragging your ass to get to the club or get to the restaurant or get to your 9 to 5 and you realize like, this isn't what I want to do anymore. You know, you look in the mirror like, this isn't who I want to be anymore. It's like, okay, well then who do you want to be?
Right?
If you can close your eyes, you know, and just imagine life five years from now, if things were as good as it gets, you know, what would that look like? And for me, it was. I didn't want to be that creepy 50 year old guy in the nightclub. You know, I didn't want to. No disrespect to any of the club owners, But what I'm Saying is, I knew I had more to offer the world than expensive vodka and sushi. I knew that I was here for a different reason. So for me, it was like, okay, well, who do I want to be? I'm going to go into these retreats and working with coaches and feeling inspired by these people. Like at Archangel, I was like, yeah, I want to do that. I want to help other people in that way. So I looked at what part of me am I ready to let go of, what part of me am I leaving the past? And what new actions do I need to take to become that future version, not to be Zark anymore, but to step into my authenticity of Zarak, you know, and actually fulfill the purpose and the destiny. I believe that we all have our own unique gift to offer the world. So for me, when I started spreading this information, this work with people and it was resonating with them, I was like, okay, this feels good and I want to do more of that. So it's about first realizing that just because you've been In a job 20, 30, 40 years, that's not who you have to be. You know, just because you've had certain behaviors or habits, patterns. When you choose to change and you really choose and step into that change with full integrity, you can totally transform your life. But you have to choose it and then wake up every day and choose it again and again and again. Because change in your life is possible for everyone, but it requires a high level integrity and commitment that you need to choose every day. Right? Yeah.
Such a good question.
And, and what an amazing answer. And most recently I was having this conversation, so it was like in the tip of my tongue right now. I wanted to talk right after you're done, but someone asked me that most recently when talking about you and, and, and what it is you do, but like, but how hard is it to. To go through that, that change?
Right?
And my answer, my answer kind of came natural where it was just like, how hard is it to stick in the position that you're in right now, hating waking up every day?
Yes.
Because for me, that was hard. So I think again, it comes down to perspective. And once you're able to shift that and look at it from, from underneath that lens? Right? And you really, you're honest with yourself, it's like, yeah, it's, it's, it's, it's tough. But so is going to that 9 to 5 or pulling up to the club, you know, is what it was for me every day where it's like, oh, get me out of this.
Yeah.
It's like almost like using an analogy for a construction worker, when they walk on site, they hear a table saw. That was like when I walked into the club and I'd hear the basement. I don't want to be here.
But, yeah, unfortunately, most people would rather live with the mediocre reality than they know, than take a chance and step into that unknown of bliss and joy and true fulfillment. You know, they just want to continue on with what's easy. But. But what's easy is actually most difficult. But you're just delaying the difficulty because at some point in time, that moment's gonna hit you that you didn't really live your life. You know, you lived the life according to the model that we inherit when we are brought into this world. You know, go to school, get good grades, get a good job, buy a house, get married, have kids, buy a boat. If you're lucky, you have a second home in Miami or wherever, you know, but are you actually living your life? So, you know, for people who are considering change, for people who really want to begin a different path in life, yeah, it's not easy. It is work. However, when you tune into your true purpose and when you are able to wake up feeling passionate, jumping out of bed because you know, like, you're doing something that's important to you, right? Life changes. You're living from a different context, you know, And a quote I like to reference by Eckhart Tolle, or, you know, he talks about this in the New Earth. It's. There is our outer purpose, and there's our inner purpose. And our outer purpose, the accomplishments, the money, the titles, the material possessions, whatever it is that we want, because that's what we're told will make us successful. So we bust our ass and we work hard, 16 hour days grind to get that. And then if you're lucky and you're smart enough or lucky enough, you get it all. And then you get that and you're like, okay, this is good. This makes me happy. Happiness is a fleeting emotion. Happiness comes and goes. Like any other emotion, it's not long term. And you get all those things that you thought you wanted. And then you realize, wait a minute, is that it? And that's when you start to look at your inner purpose. And your inner purpose is what brings you that deep sense of fulfillment. And the ironic part about inner purpose, it actually has nothing to do with you. It's more about who do you get to be for others, how do you get to serve, how do you get to show up for your family, your team, you know, for the, for the random person on the street who can give a helping hand to, you know, I know you've shared with me recently, you're now starting to share the work and spread the positivity with people and, and you're seeing the impact that has on them. And you know, nothing feels better than knowing that hey, you know, you can make a difference in other people's lives. And, and so when you turn tune into your inner purpose and you, you, you know that you have something unique to offer the world, it just, it gives you a different level of confidence and self esteem because you know that you matter and you know.
Right.
Yeah, right.
And that's, that's awesome. I love the answer you shared about that because I think that's, it's a lot that's weighing on people. There's a lot of, a lot of people I found, especially after Covid, I think they gave a big perspective because it was a lot of the unknown, a lot of the unknown of what's going to happen next. And I find that there's a big shift where it's people are not, not so much looking for that monetary gain, it's more so that job shift. There's a couple people I know where it's like they did a whole 180 and sometimes it was even for less of that monetary gain. But they're just happy in that piece of what they like. So tell us a bit about what it would be, what the journey would look like, you know, with yourself to take these people and assist them with that change.
Sure, yeah. So personal development, spiritual growth, you know, these, this type of teachings are available in many different formats. You know, there's a ton of content out there, whether it be online courses, amazing books, videos, retreats, obviously working with a coach or being a part of group coaching program. There's many different resources available. It just depends what is your level of commitment, what are you ready to invest and just how, how fast and how bad do you want it? Right. So for me specifically I started with the retreats. You know, bringing people to Costa Rica, to Bali, to Muskoka or Whistler and providing with them with an immersive experience where they get to have an amazing vacation but also meet like minded people, learn some powerful personal development tools and also just spend time in nature.
Right.
And the retreats are a very powerful way to facilitate that type of growth because you unplug from your life, you know, you're getting on a plane, you're traveling to a different destination and, and you're really committing to the experience and you're with like minded people, you know, being with community and with people who share your similar mindset when you're going through changes like this. Super important.
Yeah.
My main process with my clients is the one to one coaching, which both of you guys are very familiar with. That's my alive Alpha program. And you know, I really enjoy the one to one coaching as a coach, but also when I work with coaches, I prefer one to one because you get to go deeper, faster. You get that more exclusive one to one, you know, conversation. Obviously, you know, you can, you can go in any direction you want as opposed to a group course. You know, you've got other people in there to, to consider and you know, it can, their coaches really, it can be anywhere from five grand to 150 even, you know, six figures or six.
Who.
I know some coaches are literally charging up to a million bucks a year. Yeah. You know, there are some coaches out there that are crazy expensive, but they're also dealing with, you know, CEOs and billionaires who, you know, if they could up their profitability, up their output even 5 or 10%, what's that worth? Right. So when it comes to working with a coach or going on a retreat, you know, it's not just about what would it cost to actually invest into the coaching.
Yeah.
What does it cost if you don't make the changes?
Yeah.
If you don't break those habits, if you don't disrupt those patterns, what will it cost you? Will it cost you your marriage? Will it cost your health? Will it cost you your job? Because you're not showing up, you know, in a way that you're playing at your full potential and, you know, even if your situation is not that detrimental, but you're not giving it your 100%, you're showing up at 80%. Well, what's that 20% cost?
Yeah.
You know, that delta could be worth hundreds of thousands of millions of dollars. You know, and I know both you guys have experienced it personally. Us working together, it's like, yeah, it's hard to quantify what's the roi. You actually have to just go through the process and see what shift does it create in your life for you to look at the end of the year like, oh, wow, you know, we, we made some good decisions, we made some great choices. And having that clarity because you know your values and having that clarity because you know very well who you want to be and what you're creating for your life allows you to choose with confidence. And you know, any person who's achieved great success, it wasn't done in, you know, in a couple of good choices. It's a series of hundreds of good choices that get you to a place where you reach a certain level of success and achievement because you were living in alignment and you were choosing what was felt most resonant for you over and over again.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, no, absolutely. And that's a question that me, myself, personally, I wouldn't even be able to answer in regards to how bigger, how much bigger the vision has become in regards to the decision making on a day to day basis and having it be that the company is being run much more efficiently and when we're looking at strategic partnerships, whether to, you know, move forward with them or not. Right. And, and how far back some of these things can really set you if you make the wrong decisions. Right. And what, and, and what are you pricing your time out to be? Right. So on an operation standpoint, I wouldn't even be able to gauge the ROI on, on how, how well it's worked for, for me, myself, personally and our business.
Right.
And I think, you know, Mikey's really seen that in a big way too.
Right.
And has made mention of it many a time.
So.
Yeah, no, totally, totally tip my hat to yourself, the program and everything that comes with it. But I could, I could speak to that and stand witness of it.
Yeah.
And to your point about what would it cost if you made the wrong choice? You know, when you're not choosing a clarity or you're feeling pressure and you're not really confident in which way you should go and you're choosing from fear instead of choosing from love. Yeah. You know, when we choose from fear, we're choosing from scarcity, you know, and that can often take us off our path and you know, sometimes the wrong choice could take us two years off of our goal. Right. So there's, there's a great power in really knowing who you are and choosing in confidence because you're, you trust yourself, you know.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. So funny. It was just on my way here having a conversation with someone that when I got off the phone with, you know, there was just a little bit of thought in, in thinking about. Sorry, there's a little bit of thought going into what it is we were talking about and how I stood so confident on that call and st for what I knew our worth was overall as a company and how I feel like that was that Was that was the right type of conversation that I had, I had put my foot down. I had, you know, really represented the company for what it should be represented for as opposed to in the past where that confidence was, was lacking. And, and you know, the, the wheel of life wasn't as full as it is today. Where I would maybe would have been right by speaking that way, but how many times I would have doubted myself or how I would have backtracked or how I would have taken that and been feeling shameful or guilty about it. And that energy moving into the next meeting and into the next meeting. So how, how like how much is that, that being compounded in a negative way where you make the run one wrong decision with one move that could set you years back but then moving into other rooms or other decisions with that energy knowing that you're. It's just, it's just. Or to go on that roi, you can't gauge it, it can be detrimental.
Right.
I think you can even look at levels. Yeah. I think you can even look at like we're talking about the career path again. So you make that investment in yourself to go on that career path because you want to make that monetary gain or do you go where you feel good about what you're doing. So same with this, you could invest in real estate and all that and that's going to make you that monetary gain. But also look at me, maybe also invest in yourself. Absolutely gauging that ROI on what comes of it and just even explain on my side of, you know, we talked about this earlier in the week is that there's a way I was had a thought process of okay, dealt with someone or whatever. So we, you know, make amends of it, move on to the next. But the world is so small, you don't know what's going to lead back. And just having that conversation where it's like, you know, maybe have that conversation with them, it's a weight on your shoulders. You don't know is there, but it's there. And again to gauge the ROI in the business is like this could. Did a complete 180have a great relationship with that person. And there's a lot of business that's going to be coming down the channel that already is coming down the channel because of that.
To go off your point with that too where you don't even know that business wasn't coming exactly that end because that energy that's stuck there, that's bad because you haven't addressed it. But then as soon as you release it and you deal with it and you face it head on and that channel's open, open, back up and more business starts to flow again. Right. These bridges that you don't even know are burned, are now, you know, salvageable.
Right. That's the ROI right there.
Yeah, literally. So again, another area is where you could start to gauge it.
Yeah.
So now I want to make the investment myself. And what would that investment look like with a. Working with a person such as yourself?
Yeah, sure. So, you know, most coaches will work in a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month container. Some coaches will do one offs, but I think for most coaches are pretty experienced. They want to work for at least three to six months together. So we develop that rapport and there's consistency there. And you can expect any pay anywhere from, you know, I would say 5 to 25k for anywhere from 3 to 6 months.
Right.
And again, it depends on the coach that you're working with, their level of expertise, their background, and especially if they have a unique skill set that makes them unique in their own niche. You know, like for myself, being a serial entrepreneur, having created 14 companies, traveled to 50 countries, having both the personal and professional coaching background to offer, you know, I'm definitely consider, I don't say unicorn, but you know, my combination of skill sets from both the personal and business coaching makes me pretty unique in that. So that's why, you know, my coaching is really holistic on the whole offering mind, body, spirit, energy, physical, you know, making sure that you're taking care of yourself and sure you've got the empowered mindset, you know, when it comes to the emotional state, you know, making sure that there's any low vibration emotions in your field, you know, we clear that and more. So just getting you to a path of really becoming the most true, authentic version of yourself.
Right.
So I really take my coaching clients on a holistic journey, as you guys both know, obviously. And yeah, and I like to work with my clients for at least six months at a time. Now the retreats, you know, you can go on a treat for as little as $3,500, all the way up to 10K, let's say, you know, my retreats are in between four to $6,000 for two, $6,000, not $46,000. And, and it's a one week, you know, all inclusive experience, meals, accommodations, workshops, activities, includes everything but flight, you know, but for someone who wants to kind of begin personal development but might not be ready to commit to a coach for three to six Months yet. Starting with the retreat is a great way to introduce yourself to that.
Yeah.
And, and more specifically, you work with mostly males and CEOs.
Yeah. So for my private coaching practice, I work specifically with men entrepreneurs. I actually work with a lot of realtors, coincidentally, because, you know, realtors there, they're always on the go, they're, they're in fight or flight because their jobs are very volatile, you know, because there's an unpredictability to their day. You know, they wake up, they're right on their phone, you know, right. First thing in the morning, checking emails. Sometimes they're up late at night, putting in offers last minute that got to go in. And then there's a stress of, did I get the deal? Do I gotta, you know, sign backs? And all the chaos that comes with real estate. So a lot of my clients are realtors or in real estate in some capacity. They also work with some CEOs, you know, some, mostly founders because deal with the pressure of running, you know, a startup or, you know, having hundreds of staff. So really, guys who are dealing with a lot of pressure and they have a lot at risk, a lot to lose. So working with a coach helps them to mitigate that, that risk of what it would cost, you know, by being balanced, by being able to choose with confidence and clarity and just being able to take care of themselves. Because a lot of entrepreneurs, you know, they put so much into their business that they forget to put into the most important investment, which is themselves.
Right, right.
Yeah, right. And even on that front too, I know when working with you, you wanted to always make sure that I was really sharp physically. Right. So working with your program, I had lost up to £40. I'm feeling very, very healthy and just tip, tip top and that, you know, that whole mind, body, soul. Right. You really, you really help people work the body aspect of it too. So you come with. I remember you were your personal training, your bodybuilding and competition, entrepreneurial background, owning and operating nightclubs along with events, you know, the wellness space now that you're very well versed in. So any and everything from the personal into the business, it's, it's that overall style program that you have. So, so it's not more specifically on, on any one of those niches. It's, it's the whole program. So the real deal.
Yeah. And you know, we could dive deeper into any one of those elements that the client wants to focus on. Right. Because, you know, for some people, yeah, they're great on the fitness side of things. And their health is all top notch, but maybe they need more help with following their purpose, you know, really tuning into what are they, what do they want to expand into? Because a lot of the guys I work with, they've done well and they're in a good place, but they want to go from good to great, you know, they want to transition to something that more meaningful for them, you know, and, and that requires you to go deep within and actually start getting to know yourself on that deeper level. Because a lot of successful entrepreneurs are actually driven by the pain from the past. They're driven by their insecurities, not feeling accepted. They need to prove themselves to the world. You know, I can speak from my own personal example. The reason I was drawn to to nightlife is, hey, I want to be the cool guy with, you know, 100 people in lineup, driving the fancy car because I got bullied and picked on as I was growing up as a kid, you know, so I want to be the cool guy when I grew up. And, you know, that. And living your life again from fear as opposed to from love, will, will take you in a direction that isn't true to who you really are.
Right?
Yeah.
Right.
Great way to put it.
Yeah.
So if someone wants to work with you and get in touch with you, how does that work? How do they, you know, work with yourself especially because it's the one on one.
Yeah.
Obviously it's not always going to be in person.
Right. Yeah. So it's super important that there's an alignment with the person who wants to coach with me and what I have to offer. So typically people learn about me through my website or through Instagram and book a discovery call. And in that call, you know, we get to learn about one another, get to understand what are you going through, what do you need support with, and share what it is that I do. And if there's an alignment, then we take that to the next level. We start talking about coaching terms, investment, payment, all that stuff for the retreats. And then if, if and when we do work together, then it's done mostly online because I do spend about five to six months of my year in Costa Rica and then traveling the rest of the year coming to Toronto for a couple of months. So when in town in person, I love to do in person sessions. And then for someone who wants to come on one of the retreats, you know, typically they'll see one of the videos or go to the website. If it's something that's resonating with them, then they'll set up a call with someone from my team, we tell them what it's about, they sign up and they join us. You know, the next retreat we have is in Costa Rica January 21st to the 28th, 2023. And they'll probably do one in, in Algonquin in the spring and then Bali in the fall. So I do about three to four retreats a year and those are for up to 20 people.
Right, right.
Yeah.
Nice. Yeah, it's awesome. And I wanted to touch on, you know, more so what Nick was saying about the coaching and giving that full service and that full, you know, rounded approach. I love how you bring on experts in certain fields, whether it's in meditation, breath, work, fitness. So talk a bit about that. You know what it looks like, not just one on one with yourself, but bringing on these experts for, you know, one or two, you know, sessions here and there to really bring out what you're, what you're trying to provide.
Yeah. One of the things I love doing is sharing. I like to call them the avengers of personal development. They're friends that I've worked with both, you know, for my own growth over the years and people who have been very instrumental in my development. So I like to bring those in, bring these people in with their own unique modalities and gifts to support my clients as well. Because, you know, I'm not, I'm not a meditation coach and I'm not an energy healer, but I have people that are, that, you know, I bring in to supplement the coaching so we can get a little deeper, you know, we could start peeling back layers in some different parts of their lives.
Right. I think that's important because sometimes with the wrong coaching, where people are turned off by, you know, past experience that we heard other people have, is everybody tries to be that one stop shop and just do it all themselves. So that's why I love that you're that one stop shop because you're providing the experts.
Exactly.
Part of your one stop shop. Not just you trying to do everything you can.
And it's more value for my clients because they don't get to just coach with me. They get to coach with three or four other coaches. So, you know, they, they get to learn from people who have their own unique background and skill set. Yeah, yeah. At which.
Which are all amazing, by the way. And I've had the pleasure of working with. And I still work with a couple of them.
Right.
And awesome. Awesome. To, to go to what Cambry was talking about. I've had Those one liners after. After our sessions as well, because they just blow you away. They're just as good at what they do as you are at what you do. And to. To back you up on that Avengers point there, right?
Oh, someone cameo.
She always makes it into this.
Okay. Yeah, that's Sarah. Okay, got it. Yeah. You know, the thing with personal development, it's. It's not for everybody. It is for everybody, but you really have to choose it. Right? You know, when you get to a point where you realize, okay, I'm not living my life to its truest potential, and I know I have more to offer. Maybe it's my family, maybe it's my team, maybe it's obviously for yourself. It's something you really have to choose and step into because it's a lot of work, but it's the best work you'll ever do, you know, and it's only work you can do, but you don't have to do it alone. Working with a coach or going on a retreat will open you up and have you learn about yourself in a way that you really can't on your own. Because we see the world through our own lens. So when you have someone who can offer you an outside perspective and ask you the questions that cause you to look within.
Right.
That inner journey of getting to know yourself on a deeper level is the most rewarding journey you'll ever go on. You know, because we think happiness is out there. We think everything that's gonna fulfill us is external, but. But it's all in here, you know, and life is busy. You know, we're. We got a lot of stuff on the go. We don't make time to pause and just go within. That's why when you commit to working with a coach, you know, it's commitment of your time, your money, and your energy. But now you got somebody to guide you through this journey, to hold you accountable and to call you on your shit, you know, when. When you start to fall off. Because as a boss who manages a boss. Right?
Exactly.
Yeah, the big. The big boss coach. But, you know, it's beautiful. I love what I do, you know, it's. It's truly my purpose. I get to work with amazing people and, And. And help them show up as the best version themselves. You know, when spending time with you and your family last week, it was such a, Such an honor and a highlight for me because I know your children are going to be different humans as a result of who you've become. You know, you. You've Been doing the work, both of you, you know, you've been putting it in 110%. I can show you the way. I can teach you the processes, but at the end day, you got to do the work, you know, and. And you're doing it. And, you know, to see the impact it's had on you and your family, you know, your energy, your weight, your business, you know, it's just. It brings me so much joy. So I just. I acknowledge you guys for committing and doing the work and. Yeah, just excited to see what the future holds for Spark and for both of you personally, for sure.
Yeah. Thank you.
Appreciate that. Thank you for the kind words. And we believe in it so much that. That we're ongoing having conversation about building this program right into the company because Michael and myself really, really care for our employees and want to see them be the best version of themselves. And we truly do have a unique team that we like to call family. And what better than to add this layer into it, to just continue to. To elevate it? Right? And we have mentioned it and spoken with the team boat, and they're, like, fired up about it because they see that change firsthand and they really trust us to. To lead the way that we are right now, which means the world to us. But we want to introduce them to Coach, who helped us get there.
And that's true leadership. That's true leadership. Because the change. The impact you have on them creates a change in them that they take home to their families.
Right?
And that's. And that's how we heal.
Right?
Right.
Right. You said a great quote last week. You said, this is how we. That's how we heal the planet. Because it's all about love. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Spreading love. Right? And just. Yeah. Sharing that with those that you care about. And that's it.
Absolutely.
Choosing from love and not from fear.
Yeah.
Yeah.
100.
Cool.
Love that.
Yeah.
