I know manifestation and energy and frequency may sound kind of woo. I put it this way, like that cell phone right there is capable of doing so many things. 20 years ago I told you, hey, this device, you hit some buttons and food is going to show up. You're like, bro, you're crazy. So if man can make technology that can produce such results that you and I couldn't explain, who's to say that God, universe, source has not installed technology within us that we just don't know how to access?
They say you want to attract your tribe, you've kind of built a tribe. He's now impacting a lot of people in the real estate industry. The saving grace for all of us. Sarek Fatah here, AKA now soon to be everyone's life coach.
Pleasure to be here. It's easy to have a bunch of guys sit around the table and talk about their wins and what they're doing for work, but when you start asking about their childhood, when you start asking about any regrets that they have, there's a direct correlation between the joy and happiness we feel in life and the depth of our relationships and connections. A lot of entrepreneurs are driven from the pain from the past. It's important, but equally important is to understand how to be at peace with it so it doesn't drive us to a point where it actually does destroys us.
What up, everybody? Welcome back. The Price to Sell podcast. I'm your host, Matthew Campoli and today I have an espresso. This is not alcohol. Just so you know, we stay sharp here. Not sloppy, but I have a return guest today and this man here has been making an impact in my life and a lot of the people who I'm very close with now because of him and their lives create has been creating an excellent community of individuals, of entrepreneurs, all walks of life. But he's done something super special where he's brought a lot of like minded people together and they say, you know, you want to attract your tribe, you've kind of built a tribe. And he's now impacting a lot of people in the real estate industry the best way because as entrepreneurs we just deal with a lot. And my friend here has been the saving grace for all of us, has taught me a lot, taught a lot of people a lot. I'll speak for myself though. He's taught me a lot. But we have Zark Fatah here in the building, AKA my life coach, AKA now soon to be everyone's life coach. But thank you, man.
Return a pleasure to be here, man.
Yeah, it's always fun having the. The return, you know. Absolutely.
Return guests. And what's nice about this is, you know, we coach together. I mean, it's been ongoing, but you reached out to me probably three years ago.
Yeah, it's been. Yes.
You know, coming out of COVID said, my vibes, my vibes off. I'm usually a ball of vibes. I'm usually a ball of vibes and my vibes low. And you knew. You knew what it felt like to be in flow and in that high vibe. And then you were in, like, the depth of it. You. You had dropped off.
Dropped off. Yeah.
And you were like, I got to get back up there. Help me get back up there. And so it's just been beautiful to witness what's transpired since then, you know, and how things have really blown up for you. And I can't tell you how many people come to work with me. Like, man, I know you worked with Matt. I don't know what you did for Matt, but I want the same. His content, his style, his. This is that I'm like, but the thing about Matt is he did the work. Like, Matt went all in. Like, what you see on camera, that's Matt. And that's called authenticity. And you've got to do your deep work and get into your shit if you want to be authentic on that level.
And.
And they're like, oh, really? Oh, that's what I got to do. Yeah, it's work every day. Yeah, every day. You're doing the work. I see it. Yeah. Yeah.
Thank you. Thank you. And I just spoke on. I just came from an event prior to this. That's why I'm all dressed up. Speaking authenticity.
You didn't wear that fancy suit for me.
No, I did.
I did. Okay.
I work for you. I just happened to go there first.
Gotcha.
You know?
Okay.
They lucked out, actually.
Okay.
Why do you look so good, Zark? You know, but for those that maybe haven't tuned into your first episode, and you guys, if you want to go back to that one. Awesome. You can learn all about his story and everything, but let's give a little brief background into.
Yeah, for sure.
Who you are, where you're, where you.
Came from before becoming a, you know, a life coach. I am serial entrepreneur. I created 14 companies in the nightlife, entertainment, hospitality space. Blowfish, Maison Centrum, Everly, Hamam Spa, digital dreams. You know, we created a bunch of companies over many years and lived an awesome, incredible life as a single entrepreneur traveling the world, doing all Kinds of epic shit. And then the 40 came around and I just felt even though I'd achieved a lot, I just knew that there was that next level of success that I wanted to tap into and I didn't know how to get there. And it was my own blockages and my own know traumas from the past that drove me to be so successful. But for me to unlock and get to that next level, I had to really do that inner work and I had to confront my own limiting beliefs and my own blockages in order to unlock what was next for me. And that's what put me on the path of personal development. And you know, it's been almost 10 years now since I've been doing the work and it's just been this beautiful journey of just peeling back the layers and learning about who I am more and more and now being able to share that work with other people. So know about in 2018 I left Toronto, kind of said I had enough hospitality industry, moved down to Costa Rica, started hosting retreats which you've been on two of my retreats, two of them. And when Covid hit that kind of pushed me into coaching and went all in full time. And coaching in 2020, I've been doing that for the last four years. Get to work with awesome individuals like yourself, you know, coaching both men and women, a lot of entrepreneurs, a lot of realtors as well and just helping them to figure out how to go from good to not just great but good to like fucking spectacular. You know, take that next level and you know, I'm really proud to say that I help men and women be better fathers, better husbands, better business owners, you know, just overall better humans. And just by, you know, sharing these tools of personal development, helping them to see past their, you know, limiting beliefs and the blockages that are holding them back. And you know, I'm blessed to say that this is what I get to do each and every day, you know, you know I've worked with amazing people and you know that's, that's, that's how we heal and grow as a collective, you know, just by doing our own individual work. Because someone like yourself or our boy Nick or you know, some other people in the live community like you guys have now become your own, you, you're now creating impact in your own community by people witnessing your success and your, you know, not just success financially but health wise lifestyle, you know, who you are as a person. People now get to be inspired by you and they are now curious on, hey, what does Matt Eat for breakfast. Hey, what does Matt read? You know, what's that retreat Matt went on? You know, and your. Who you are and how you're impacting people is a part of my legacy and what I get to do. Just like I've learned from many amazing people on my path where, you know, we're just paying it forward and sharing it, you know, so that's what I do in a nutshell. Yeah. And if you want to learn more about that, I'm sure down below there'll be a link with links to all my stuff and.
Yep. Oh, yeah. We're going to plaster you everywhere.
Yeah.
But, yeah, you mentioned Nick and Regina. I met him. Well, I know I knew Nick when I was growing up because my cousin. So his wife is my cousin's cousin.
Got it.
So when I was my. Her uncle, then split up with my aunt, so I was no longer. I didn't really associate with that side anymore. But when I was. When they were associated, I met Nick. I was young, and that's when Nick was like, probably like, just starting off in his nightlife industry, but then met through you. And now we're doing. I do business with Nick.
I love that.
And he's like a big brother for me.
I love that. You know, and, you know, that's one of the things I would say I'm naturally gifted at, is bringing together great people. Yeah.
Good connector.
And, you know, you came to my dinner a couple weeks ago.
Great dinner.
You know, 32 guys, all different walks of life, but all there for the same reason. To open up, to share, to connect. You know, I was so inspired by that dinner. Like, it felt so good for me because, to be honest, like, I miss blowfish. I miss hosting people at dinner. I miss going to the tables, checking up on you. Hey, how you doing? You know, so that felt very nostalgic for me, and I enjoyed that night so much so that I'm now doing one in Miami on the 25th. Yeah. I'll be doing a March 25th in Miami. I'll be hosting. So it's called the Human Experience, and it's a dinner event for men who want to come together and share with other men. Just be open, just be vulnerable and. And just listen and feel supported, you know? Yeah. And so I'll be doing one March 25th at Beos in Miami, and then I'll do one, I think, April 3rd in Los Angeles. Cool. And then I'm going be in Austin for a couple months.
Nice.
So I'll host probably a couple in Austin. So yeah, because for me, like, and I'm sure you're feeling this as well, it's like when you are on the conscious path and you start doing the work, some of your friends, you just don't quite resonate with them anymore, you know, And I find the deeper you get into the work, it's almost harder to find people to connect with. And you know, hosting a dinner like that, having you and you know, Derek and you know, a bunch of the guys who I've worked with in the room with Brian, the other coach, it's like I felt like, okay, you know what, like there's like a brotherhood here, you know, like we understand each other because we're, because we're putting in the work, so community and bringing together like minded people. Because to see you and Nick and Rick and you know, other people come together and now collaborate and start to do projects together like that, that's beautiful to see, you know, because that's, that's what it's all about. Coming together, sharing resources and most importantly, being on the same page. When it comes to integrity, it comes to values, and really operating from a place of service, you know, Pardon interruption.

Six men at a table, six up into groups.
Yeah, you don't know, you're forced actually to sit like I knew people there. That was like the, the comfort part, the comfortable part of me was like, let me go sit beside Daniel. Or like this guy I know and some other guys I haven't seen in a while. It's like I'd love to catch up with them, but I sat at a table with a bunch of Men, I had no idea who they were or what they did. And then under each plate was some prompts, questions, conversation starter, conversation starters that we just pass around and we all answer. Yeah. And then they got deeper and deeper and deeper. And by the end of the dinner, I now know everyone's stuff.
Yeah.
That they're dealing with. Know they're deeper things.
And one of the main rules, you cannot talk about work.
It's. You can talk about work, can't talk about work. And we, we. There's so many questions like, what are your goals for 2024? It's like all my business goals, personal goals.
That's why I put personal and all caps.
Yeah, I know, but it's, it's crazy because so a lot of our listeners are entrepreneurs, different businesses, real estate, whatever you're in. But yeah, a lot of us struggle with the balance and, and really focused on just driving business consistently every single day.
And then, and that's what's easy to talk about. It's easy to sit down the table and everybody let's who's got the biggest dick Contest. Oh, I'm working on this deal or I just finance this. I just blah, blah, blah. You know, like, it's easy to have a bunch of guys sit around the table and talk about their wins and what they're doing for work, but when you start asking about their childhood, when you start asking about, you know, any regrets that they have or their personal goals even, and what's in their way of them achieving that, you start to dig into those layers and that's, that's. See, intimacy in the non sexual context is allowing yourself to really be seen and heard. And intimacy is what creates deep connection. And it's been proven that there's a direct correlation between the joy and happiness we feel in life and the depth of our relationships and connections. And in a day and age where we're more connected than ever before with podcasts and social media and all these other things, there's such a, such a lack of connection and intimacy. And that's why these types of events are designed to create that space where you can be open to share and you can just say what's true for you and know that you're not going to be judged. And as men, we really need that, especially for successful men, because, you know, we're told, don't be a pussy, don't cry, nobody wants to hear your bullshit. Keep grinding, keep hustling. And the truth is, is men over the age of 40 are one of the highest Categories for suicide. Because as successful men who got to be strong, we get to put on that tough guy Persona and we just push all our shit down until we can't anymore, you know, and often that comes with addiction, comes with depression, and ultimately can come with suicide. And that's why an event like that allows men to have that space to just open up, share, be seen, and not feel judged. And that in itself is deeply healing for. For anyone. Right?
Yeah. Yeah. It's interesting because like, I had Jay on yesterday. Jay mc. Jay's like a tough dude, you know, he's a bull. Literally. Yeah, he brands as that and he, he, you know, we got pretty vulnerable on the couch yesterday. And like, even like this morning, he sent me a nice text, like, very appreciative, very grateful to know me, and vice versa. But he said to me yesterday, he's like, dude, if you would came up to me like a couple years ago and want literally just talked about anything like meditation or birth work, any of that, I would told you to off. Literally.
Yeah.
You know, and then as he's saying that he's booking a. A time slot at other ship.
Yeah, yeah, I put him onto other ship and now he's like one of the top clients.
Yeah. So I think we're, we get in our own way, you know. But what's, what's the, what do you see since coaching a lot of man women, just high achievers, let's say, people who have big goals and strive for them. What do you see the common thing that they struggle with? What is that?
Balance, for the most part, because they're so focused on their success on the target that they're neglecting other parts of their life. You know, and they are. Often entrepreneurs do a very poor job at time management and honoring the other parts of their life. So even though they're hustling, they're making money, they're, you know, progressing in their business and financially, it's costing them things in their life that their wealth can't buy back. So for some of my clients, they've got young children. Well, you know what? Your young children are only young for a certain amount of time. And between zero and six is when children's belief systems develop. And if you're absent in those first, you know, six years, the formative years of their life, that's a big part of their upbringing that you're going to miss. So clients neglecting their health, not making time to have fun, or sometimes working so hard that then when they blow off steam, they go A little too far. So I would say life, balance, and also prioritizing all aspects of their life that are important to them, because, again, a lot of entrepreneurs are driven by. From the pain from the past, from. I know we talked about this when you were on my podcast a few weeks ago, that, you know, your. Your childhood of growing up with your mom in a basement apartment in an affluent neighborhood really caused you to have that drive and ambition. Seeing other kids with their money and their big homes, that created. That sparked a fire in you that really created the ambition that has helped you manifest all that you have today. So we have different things that drive us in life, and it's important, but equally important is to understand how to create that balance and when to tap into that fire that drives us, but then also how to be at peace with it so it doesn't drive us to a point where it actually destroys us. So one thing we were chatting about earlier today was delayed gratification. Yeah.
Big one.
And I think that is something that sabotages a lot of people's success, is going for what's quick and easy for that quick dopamine hit that pleasure. But it's actually setting you back from achieving that bigger goal that you have. And you and I have chat about that before when you talk about, obviously, you live a great lifestyle, you get to travel, you're single, you're abundant, you have the freedom to live your life. However. However, you're. You're pretty disciplined with the choices that you're making.
Getting better at it.
Yeah. Yep.
I realize that's very important and. And. And truly, because I see a lot of. Just, like, the circle I'm around, like, a lot of my friends just won't go out anymore. I won't do things anymore. And I'm like, okay. And I see what they're building, and I just realized, like. Yeah. I just know what serves me, what doesn't anymore. So the power of saying no.
Yes. Right.
So I've been able to do that now. And, you know, like, although it seems fun in theory, or I might be missing out on something, I've been able to regain my power.
Yeah.
Stay centered more. But I feel like a lot of people struggle with this delayed gratification.
Yes.
Um. Or the idea of it.
Yeah.
You know, and.
And, you know, for those who may not be clear on what delayed gratification means, it's. It's saying no to what's available to you now, which is quick and easy and gives you that short burst of pleasure. Saying no, setting Boundaries, because you know that you want to say yes to something bigger that's more significant, that's down the road, and it could be a couple years away, could be five years away. And a lot of times people go for that quick hit and they choose something that's easy and pleasurable because they either don't have a future vision for what they want later on, or they don't have the willpower and discipline and they don't have boundaries. And I could say even from my own, you know, come up, I spent a lot of money and did a lot of things for that dopamine adrenaline rush of travel or girls or shopping in my 20s and 30s that really impacted my financial abundance in my 40s. And, you know, I think a lot of times people will go for the short term gratification because they, they don't necessarily know what's ahead. And they almost have fomo. They think, I gotta do it now because it's not gonna be available later. You know, and one thing I've been saying lately is what's meant for you won't miss you. You know, and I remind myself of that all the time. What's meant for you won't miss you. Which means that you can say no to something now, knowing that if it's meant for you, it'll be there at a later point in time. And if not, something greater or better will be. And as I've shared with you, you know, I'm going through this whole feminine cleanse journey, which is six months, no dating, no flirting, no sex, no apps, no non platonic relationships. And I've had a few women reach out and say, but what if you meet this woman, she's like your goddess and she's like amazing. She's the love of your life and she's the one you've been waiting for. Like, what if you meet her and I just say, if it's meant for me, I won't miss it at a later point in time. And that requires trust and that requires surrender to the fact that when you choose yourself and you honor your commitment and you set those boundaries and you live intentionally, making conscious choices to honor that higher goal, what's meant for you won't miss you. And because I want to find my partner, I want to have wife, kids, I want to have all that, that's a pretty big goal. And if that's what I'm creating for my life, then I got to honor that each and every day. And it requires discipline day in, day out.
Yeah, yeah, there's a nowadays especially so much information out there, right. Like manifestation, meditation, this so many different modalities and just speak to people who maybe are just getting into this and just want to start.
Sure.
How can we compress all this into something like, like a, like a truer not sure but like one underlying thing that works, that maybe someone can start to adapt into their life. What would that be?
Sure. So developing a morning practice. And that could be five minutes of meditation, five minutes of journaling. For those of you who might be familiar with the book Miracle Morning, it talks about five minutes of various modalities that you can choose, that you can do it in 15 to 20 minutes. But starting your morning, whether it be with a little bit of journaling, a little bit of meditation or breath work, allows you to start your day with self awareness. And I know for a lot of people starting off with meditation it's challenging because like we wake up and our brains are just going like, you know, non stop. And that's why it's super important. When you get up, don't grab your phone, don't start scrolling, take a few minutes. Even if you're just laying in bed, just do a body scan. How am I feeling this morning? Like, I'll be honest, I felt anxiety this morning laying in my bed because I'm transitioning, moving to, flying to Columbia for three weeks in Austin for two months. I just spent five months up in Collingwood and it's dysregulating for my nervous system so I can feel some anxiousness about it. But I laid in bed thinking, feeling, feeling the anxiousness in my body and just ask myself, okay, what am I fearing right now? What am I anxious about? And just allowing myself to feel into it. Listen to my body. And then, okay, I'm afraid that I'm going to fall off my routine. I'm afraid I'm going to maybe not honor my commitments. I'm afraid of the variables of traveling and just listening to all these fears. I can be with them and process them as opposed to letting swirl around in my head. So starting your morning with just even a few minutes of self awareness, journaling, getting what's on your head onto paper and just reflecting back and saying, okay, is it actually true? Am I actually going to fall off? Am I actually going to break my commitments? No, I'm not. And then breath work, even if it's just five minutes, channeling your internal energy, just flushing, you know, whatever stagnant energy, whatever stress from the day before doesn't serve you, just five Minutes of breathwork even will help you to ground, help you to stimulate that life force energy and set you up for the day. And Othership has an amazing app with over 500 breathwork recordings.
It is good. Really good.
Yeah. Whether you want to do a two minute breathwork session or a 45 minute deep dive, you know, there's all kinds of breathwork sessions there. And. And again, this could all be done in your home. You don't need a yoga studio, you don't need an instructor, you don't need any psychedelics. You know, it's simply, you know, 15 minutes in the morning, give that to yourself before you go out and give to everyone else. And I promise you, after a few weeks of doing 15 minutes, you want to do 30 minutes and then 35, then 40. And sometimes my morning practice gets up to an hour, but that hour of the day is what sets me up for everything else. So as far as one modality, I wouldn't say there's one. I would say a few in. In a routine, in a practice is you gotta find what works best for you. Some people it's yoga, some people it's dancing, some people it's qigong. I know you have a morning practice, you wanna share a little bit about what you do in the mornings.
Yeah. So it's. So I wake up and.
Good start.
You know, it is a good start. Actually very important to wake up. It is. Guys wake up. I try not to look at my phone. If I do, it's just to shut off the alarm.
Yep.
Actually, what I've done now is I connected my phone to my Sonos speaker.
Okay.
And I set up the alarm through the Sonos.
Okay.
So it plays my piano playlist from Spotify.
Nice.
That I've created. If you guys want it, let me know. It's the best. And I don't have to look at my. I don't have to look at my phone. So it, it's not like I have to press snooze.
Yes.
It's beautiful music to wake up to. So I just go into my living room and I make my coffee, feed my cat. But then I jump into a meditation. So the meditation, sometimes I use my phone. There's all kinds of YouTube meditations. I'll do different types, all centered on visualization though.
Okay.
So my morning is strictly about visualizing the future me and then stepping into my future life. And I have a visualization that I've created for myself. So it's like one standard that I've stuck to. And I keep building on that. I feel the most connected to once I'm done that I'm literally pretty much in tears at that point. Like, just naturally.
Yeah.
Feel great.
Yeah.
Chest is full, heart's full. Feel good. Then I go on. Right.
Okay.
Then I go right. In my journal, it's just a blank 8 by 12. And I. I usually write a lot of the same affirmations, but that's more. So like now let's like tangibly write down the goals and what I want as if I have them.
Yes.
Already. And then as I get to the end of that, still with music, by the way, that same piano playlist. And then as I get to the end of that, the journaling, it's a lot of just like what I'm feeling. So, like, again, that future me. So it's like I'm super knowledgeable, super grateful, abundant in love with life, so just bringing forth those emotions. So even at the end of my journaling, again, I'm just like high vibing. And then I go to the gym. So by the time I'm walking to the gym, I'm like, what's up, people? How's everyone doing? You know, like, you know, crushing the weights. But yeah, it takes a good chunk of my morning, man.
Yeah.
But I can't not do it or else I feel weird.
That's it. Yeah.
Then it's like the shame and the guilt popping, you know?
Exactly.
But if I do do it, I feel fantastic. And then I'd like to go to sleep with the same type of feelings if I can.
Yeah. And I know a lot of people out there listening are probably, well, you know, good for you. How do you take an hour in the morning to do whatever?
Right.
Get up early. Get up early for sure. But what people don't realize is when you were in that high vibrational state, because you did spend the first, I don't know, 30 or 45 minutes on your morning practice, you're setting yourself up to be in a state of attraction. You're setting yourself up to the frequency of abundance, which means you're now able to call things to you as opposed to having to go out and chase them instead of having to hustle. So you can actually do less during the day because you are setting the baseline of who you want to be and what you're calling in. And when you say you get emotional and you're feeling tears of joy and gratitude, your body is responding to the future that you're visualizing here in the present moment. So you're actually calling the future to you. And so much so that your body is feeling the emotions of that future version of yourself. And this is something that Dr. Joe Dispenza speaks about a lot. He says, use the mind to set the intentions and put that out to the universe, but then use your heart to feel the emotion of experience and to pull that reality to you. And so what you're doing is super powerful. And for people listening who have not done a morning practice consistently, even just try 15, 20 minutes for three weeks and see what happens. Because often when I start working with clients, and most of my clients have never done any personal development before, even just after three weeks of practicing a morning routine, they're like, coach, you're never going to believe what happened. Like, this deal just got dropped in my lap. Or, you know, somebody was. Haven't talked to in so long who I've been, you know, had a fight with, like, called me up and like, just all these serendipitous synchronicities start to happen. And that's when they start to realize, holy shit, this stuff works. And again, I know manifestation and energy and frequency for some people may sound kind of woo. But I put it this way. Like, that cell phone right there, right, Is capable of doing so many things that we consider it normal, right? Because cell phones have been around for a while now. You don't actually know how that cell phone works. Like, if you hit some buttons on that app called Uber eats and 15 minutes later, lunch shows up for us. By the way, I'm hungry if you want to order something.
I'm hungry to.
Believe it or not, we'll eat after. So anyway, my point being is if 20 years ago I told you, hey, this device, you hit some buttons and food is going to show up, you're like, bro, you're crazy, right? So if man can make technology that can produce such results that you and I couldn't explain, who's to say that God Universe Source has not installed technology within us that we just don't know how to access? Because that phone, if I gave you an iPhone and you'd never seen it before, and it was loaded with all kinds of apps on it, but it was useless unless you connect to the WI fi, right? So imagine us as these incredible human beings with all this technology within us. We can't activate them until we connect to the Wi Fi. And this is what Dr. Joe Dispenza talks about. When you create, when you connect to the quantum field, when you are in those higher frequencies in the higher states of consciousness, you're now able to access. You're now able to access the technology and the software that's within us. And I mean we can go down a deep rabbit hole, you know, another time. But like I believe we are telepathic. I believe that we can access different timelines. I believe that the human body, the pineal gland, is capable of doing so much more than we know because. Well, I also believe that intentionally we're meant not to know, at least in this timeline. But I believe that we are capable of so much more. And through breath, work and meditation, you know, plant medicine, we have the ability to access those internal technologies that we've forgotten are actually within us big time. Yeah.
And even like studying like ancient history and stuff. Yes.
Which I know you're a big fan of. Yeah, totally geek out on that and which is why I'm excited you're going to Egypt.
Yeah, I can't wait. Yeah, that's very pump for that. The. Yeah, a lot of these even like to the, like to the Bible and like ancient like religious texts, it's all kind of stems to the same thing. And actually really some people unpacking like Bible passages, like things that Jesus said and then reframing it to like modern day times. No, just energy. So he's using like an example of something. So some people might take it literally.
Yeah.
But what the passage actually means, it's referring to source and energy and the same things that now are being taught in regards to like manifestation. So it's really interesting because this stuff's been around for millennium millennials, whatever. However you say that term, I just know up the century. Yeah, I don't go past that. Not smart enough. But yeah, it's, it's, it's really cool. And there's a lot of secret sauce out there. And then when you tap into it, it's like you're playing a game.
That's it.
It's literally like a game. It's like, okay, what can I. How can I toggle with this energy here and now, bring this into my life and then this comes in. Then it's like things becomes. When you're in flow, things are easy.
Yeah.
It's actually pretty, pretty remarkable to experience. But then when you're not in flow. Strap. Strap in.
Absolutely. Yeah. Because when we fall off and we all do, you know, I went through that last in over the winter time, like November, December, I was off my flow and, and it's, it rocks your world, you know, because you know how Good things can be and how easy life happens when you're in that flow. But then when you fall off, it's like, okay, what's taking me out of my vibe? What's coming up? And, you know, no matter how much work you do, you know you're going to go in and out and in and out, in and out. Because as you grow and expand, you experience those highs. But then as you continue to peel back the layers, you know, you get rocked again. You know, and it's. It's in those moments where you get rocked that you realize, okay, there's still more work to do.
Big time. Yeah. And life will teach you those lessons when. And if. If you're. If you're ready for them. I'm ready for them. Like, they'll keep getting thrown at you, of course, until you understand, you're aware. It's like, oh, okay, there's something here. Let's finally switch up and adjust to this, because it keeps happening. Here's the last thing being taught.
That's it.
But. But, yeah, it's the. The journey is not linear. And a lot of people who might be listening might think, okay, let me develop this thing in the morning and do it for a week. But you've been doing this for 10 years. I've been doing a lot of this stuff, learning, wrong, trial and error for a long time. Now. I'm seeing what works for me. But this is a forever thing if you want to keep going into it. So for those out there that if you're, like, just learning and trying, it's fine. Keep going.
Yeah, yeah. You gotta have the patience and the assistance, and then you also have to have compassion for yourself because you're gonna fall off.
Yeah.
You know, there are times where you're gonna be super diligent for a few months, and then you're gonna go on vacation and you're gonna fall off. And the important part is to not beat yourself up and just know, like, okay, it's. It's a practice. And like you said, it's a game. And let's have fun with it. Let's. Let's tweak up the program. Let's play with different energies, and let's see what that creates.
Yeah. Now, well, as we end off here and ask you a couple of questions.
Yeah.
Okay. What's the most important skill you have that's gotten you to where you are today?
Hmm. I would say that. In the last few years, I would say one of the most important skills I've developed is the Ability to listen and really hear the person and in that listening, connect to what they're saying beyond the words. Because in my work, often people don't know how to actually express themselves because especially with men, they don't know the language. To really share what they're feeling and to be able to listen to what's being said without words, to be able to almost listen to their energy really helps to interpret and understand them on a deeper level that they may not even understand themselves.
Where do you think the future of humanity is headed?
Oh, man, we got how much time we got. So I would say brief, briefly. You know, it's interesting because, you know, earlier you referenced Jesus. Now, I didn't grow up religious. You know, I haven't read the Bible. I actually was very resistant to saying the word God for many years. I grew up with Father who really detests religion. And, you know, one thing that talks about in the Bible, Jesus says, is for those who find Jesus and find God, they will be saved. And for those who don't, you know, they'll perish. So what does that mean, right.
Is.
Half the world or more? You know, I'm gonna die? I don't necessarily think so. What I feel is that there's an expansion of human consciousness happening right now, right? And in our current reality, there are people who are living at an elevated level of consciousness and people of a lower level. And depending on what level of consciousness you're at the world, you experience the world in a different way. You know, I think Covid is a good example of that, the pandemic. Because there are some people who had a certain belief and the pandemic didn't affect them the same way it impacted others. So I feel that we're all coexisting in the same realm, in the same planet, but living at different dimensions. So I do feel that for those who are on the path, those who are doing their work, there is a different future for them. And those who are trapped in fear, those who are listening to the media and the government and the pharmaceutical industry, you know, they're. They're stuck in the Matrix, you know, And I feel. I mean, I got to be careful what I say here, but I do feel there's going to be a major shift in the planet, in the human population in the next five years. I don't be a fear monger or anything like that, but I do, I do think that there is a much bigger agenda that's been at play for the last three, four years. I feel we're now starting to see the effects of that agenda. I do feel that what was initiated has helped instigate this expansion of human consciousness. A lot of people are waking up saying this makes no fucking sense and I'm not gonna play this game anymore. And as a result, this is gonna create a real profound shift in the planet. I think many things are gonna change as far as our politics, our healthcare, our education system. And that's exciting. So I think the best is yet to come and there will be more pain and suffering which is necessary for the new earth to be birthed.
Interesting.
Yeah. In the end, there's a happy ending at the end. Yeah.
Yeah.
But it's going to take some work to get there.
Yeah, no, I can, I can feel, I think we all feel something happening right now, you know, but yeah, man, you've been great. I'd love to end it off with, you know, people out there who maybe want to start their journey, are looking for, for help.
Yeah.
Are dedicated, interested and making a change. How could they? What does it look like to work with you?
Six grams of psilocybin.
It's true. It can be true.
Just kidding. So to work with me, I. I have different coaching programs that I offer either in a group. Group coaching. Group group coaching container. It's a 10 week group coaching program called the Path. And I offer one on one coaching for people who really want to make profound changes in an expedited timeline.
Which is what I've done.
Which is what you did. We did three months, 101. You know, same with Nick, Regina and you know, now Jay McNabb and I work together as well. It's, it's deep work. You got to be really ready to commit and go all in. Because once you begin this journey, as you said before, it's never ending journey. It just keeps going and it keeps getting deeper and deeper. So yeah, if you hit up my Instagram, my website, you know, I got different things that I offer. I think I put a hold on retreats for a little while. I think I'm just really going to focus on the coaching for now. As I mentioned, I'm doing these dinners for men called the Human Experience. When I'm back to summer, I'll probably be doing breath work again. Some like more breathwork events at the One hotel. Yeah. But if you're interested, hit me up on ig. You want to learn more about what I do, you know, we can have a conversation.
Beautiful. We're going to post your links everywhere.
