Well, and so you hit on something there that you had also touched on before, but I think it's diving into, which is sort of this idea of the execution piece of strategy and how you need to not just have the strategy. Good idea sitting in a binder doesn't do anyone any good. But you need to sort of create that roadmap and then have sort of ownership to ensure that that sort of roadmap gets executed and that there's real traction with that.
