One of the biggest changes, people now drive revenue. I'm clear on that. The right people on the bus drive revenue. They're not an expense for the most part. I mean, you have admin, but for the most part, if you put the right leadership in place and the ownership of those roles in place, that drives revenue. And that's the only thing that has stopped us until this year, prior 2 years, of banging our head on the next plateau. Because in most businesses, and this got my attention back in '17 when I was at an event to meet these guys where the owner of the company got up, who by the way, brought a company from him and 2 guys in a room to 500 employees.
