Mark Osborne, an MBA and CEPA, explains why building a business yourself gives you the credibility to guide other entrepreneurs. He argues for tailored, experience-based advice over generic solutions.
And I'm sure the experience of sort of authentically going through it yourself makes you that much better at connecting with, you know, entrepreneurs, owners, founders that are trying to sort of build it in their, in their business too, and that aren't looking for a generic, you know, off-the-shelf, you know, this works for every business, whether it's, you know, finance or, you know, manufacturing. But instead, like, you've had that real authentic experience of building it so you can, you know, guide them through that experience themselves.
