Confidence vs. Capability: Which Is Holding You Back?

So, you hit on some really interesting things in there that I want to sort of double-click on if we can, which is you talked about, you know, sort of this concept of, you know, feeling like less than. And a lot of, you know, female entrepreneurs that you work with, and I know you do quite a bit of coaching there, talk to us a little bit about, you know, some of the things that you've seen. And we were chatting about this before, that oftentimes it's more confidence than it is capability that's oftentimes the blocker for folks, especially as they're sort of making mid-career or midlife kind of resets and moving in new directions. Talk to us about that, the difference between confidence and capability and how those can be blockers and how you see folks overcome those.
