Construction is sort of known as being a slow-moving industry, not necessarily the first to embrace technology. Yeah. But you talk about, you know, sort of the big idea was to create, you know, kind of a digital marketplace or an online marketplace or a marketplace at least, certainly empowered by technology, which is adding some speed, technology that's enabling some sort of ease of purchase and sort of that fintech piece.
