One of the things I think that's been successful that I've seen is you hire in doubles. So have 2 people come in. So you have— it gives you some safety net in terms of you hire 2, one of those doesn't work, you still have somebody in place, so you're not losing that capacity. So you have that partnership, they can continue to train and enable each other, working together, making sure they're aligning on what it is that you're training them on. And it's just a big piece to like have that camaraderie. And then the other part that I would add is, do you have the pipeline to be able to support bringing on new sellers? So if you're, if you're just a bottleneck because you don't like to do it versus, hey, we have so much inbound coming in and whether that's word of mouth stuff, whether it's you're doing some outbound marketing, making sure you have the pipeline to be able to support it. Otherwise you're going to have, you know, a couple of people in there that are just going to be doing a bunch of cold calling. It's really tough.
