We don't want an action movie. Like, we don't want your business to be an action movie full of this conflict and big explosions and then a hero swinging in at the last moment to save things. We want it to be really boring and predictable. And, you know, no, no, no need for heroes to come swooping in because the system just sort of runs on its own. Do you ever find as you're working with founders or even just sort of key people within companies that they thrive on, you know, that action and that fast pace of solving problems. And how do you help them? You know, I see you nod a little bit. How do you help them sort of evolve past that?
