I've been doing this for 12 years, and I just every every year it seems that private equity is playing a larger and larger role in in this ecosystem in the lower middle market. I think over the past ten years they have come down market and trying to expand the net of what they're looking for. You know, used to be they were looking for businesses with like five million in EBITDA and up, which they still are for platform companies. But I think where they've really done a lot more volume are in add-on transactions, which is. If they're already in a space, they'll now start to look at companies with a minimum of $1 million EBITDA that can be an add-on for a platform they're already in. So that, that's trend number one. Trend number 2 is they're continuing to raise just insane amounts of money. There's now something like $4 trillion on the sidelines looking to do deals, looking to do acquisitions.
