You know, a lot of people will get excited about a new tool like AI or whatever it might be, but it's kind of like they got a shiny new hammer and they run around looking for nails to hit with it rather than thinking about what's the real problem and then building a system to solve that problem and then layering in the data or the technology that they need. To solve that problem, whether that data or technology is AI or some other technology that might be the right solution for it.
