some founders have a lot of energy, insight, and passion for growing their business

A lot of times, and I've seen this and talked about, you know, some of those founders that they've got a lot of energy, they have a lot of insight, they have a lot of passion for growing their business, but they don't know how to convey that to other folks. They're just sort of like, be better and work harder. Whereas this really gives a system for, well, what do you mean by being better and working harder? Well, it's doing the right things in the right way in order to achieve those outcomes that you care about.
