Companies chase AI as a fix-all when they should build solid systems first. Design processes that match your goals, then layer in technology to make them faster and scalable.
Well, and one of the ways that we've seen companies be successful with it is to not get distracted by, you know, sort of the shiny object of AI as a cure-all, but instead to think through, as you described earlier, the systems and processes that'll actually help them, you know, accomplish the objectives that they're trying to accomplish. And then layering in technology, whether that technology is artificial intelligence or some other technology or some other source of data, or even layering in, you know, additional manpower. It starts with that system, and then you can layer on the things that make that system, you know, run faster, more consistently, 24 hours a day, whatever it might be to really sort of maximize the success.
