The Perils Of Being Early

I like to think that I learned from my mistakes. And one constant criticism of me that's valid is, and I remember as I was going up through the ranks, bosses saying, you're just too early, you're too early. Or one said, probably the most critical thing ever said to me, but one of the most important things was, you got the million-dollar ideas and the 10-cent execution. Mean. Which is a very mean thing to say, but true at the time, at the time. And so I'm cautious, like very conscious now of like being early and the perils of being too early.
