So I was really trying to make a, I, I think in terms of frameworks and systems, it's just how my mind works. Yeah. And so for me, I'm like, all right, I, I cannot stand an outcome that is, is something that we didn't plan for. I really love intentional movements. I like things being strategic. You can't plan for everything, but let's try to do something on purpose and then learn and then keep going. Right? So TRAMPOLEAN, let me tell you what it stands for. The TRAMPO stands for, and it's TRAMPOLEAN, by the way, just to have a little fun with the, with the wordplay. T is for talent. The R is for rhythm. The A is for autonomy. The M is for measures. The P is for purpose, and the O is for objective. That's the trampoline. All right, and at first I had tramp. I'm like, that's a really bad acronym. So I had to extend this thing, right? So I went ahead, and then the lean is actually L E A N, which means lean operations, lean revenue, and lean delivery. So these are like what I think about. So that's my trampoline.
