I got into sales, a lot of us have preconceived notions, or we remember the one guy at the dealership that screwed us out of something when we were too naive to, to do better. Um, so there, there is some amount of reeducation there, and especially in the sales, the tricky, the tricky thing about hiring salespeople is that salespeople are the best at selling themselves because it's the subject that they're most familiar with. It's a story that they've told more than anything else.
