It's oftentimes sort of one person having either the grit and the, you know, sort of work ethic and then the knowledge on how to execute. But they can't break through to the next stage until they can turn that into a process. And then once that— and then that process takes you to the next stage, but then it becomes a process for creating processes because otherwise it bogs down. And it's so interesting to see sort of this cycle as people grow.
