The thing that I always see as so transformative is when the mindset of a team switches from each little fiefdom trying to grab as much budget as they can and keep as much budget as they can and sort of adversarial with each other and with the CFO. Instead, once they all start to really think about like, this is the company's money. Right. We steward this in a way that's going to maximize the outcomes for the company.
