Because every time I would lose an employee, like they, you know, moved to another company or something like that, or we had to terminate them, like I would be so nervous. I'm like, man, like who's going to be able to do their job? But at the end of the day, I realized that it was just a system. If I had everything documented and there was a set process of what this person did and how they did it, hiring is no longer a problem. I just find another person who can do that job and they have all the material in front of them and there is no interruption of business.
