A walkthrough of how to use application funnels and form tools like Google Forms to pre-qualify and segment applicants before sales or support calls. The video explains the intake process that filters who gets a callback and why.
Application funnel. Super simple, right? Like you have some kind of form. Could be a Google form. We use WOO forms in our business. I have no idea where we found that tool, but that's what we've used for a long time. Woo forms ask them a few simple questions. We use ours to pre qualify people. So depending on how they answer or what program would be the best fit, we can segment the traffic, right? Depending on what program we have that is going to fit them better in one direction or if we think, you know, there's something else that would serve them at a higher level, then after they fill out the application, we will either invite them to book a call with our team, which is, you know, a sales process. It's a group of people, people that are there not just to sell. If you're watching this and you're like, oh, I don't want to book a sales call, but to make sure that you have the support that you need to give you strategy. And of course, if we are a good fit to recommend that as well.
