So figuring out how do you set up all of the systems to bring people into the program, to allow them to be in the program for, let's say, 12 weeks, for example, and then inviting them to an off boarding call that checks on their experience and then lets them know what else is available for them based on what your other programs are. Some of these minor tweaks can be the difference between hundreds of thousands of dollars in your business annually, because it's so much more simple to do it in this manner, instead of having live launches all the time and burning out and once the launch is over, like you them two months off to recover. But now you've got to deliver the thing, and it's tiring. That's why I've been able to produce at the level that I have for the last three years is because I've kept it ridiculously simple.
