Become The Protector Of Your People

So you have to, as a leader, become this energetic protector of your people and just hold space for them to be in a safe place and look to you as this mother of the group, this matriarch energy. Because it's about them. It's about their transformation. It's about you guiding them through that transformation and not being there just to boss them around. It's really dangerous, actually, when gurus do that and they're like, has to look like A, B, C, D. Because everybody's different. Everyone has different projections, everyone has different paths and histories.
