This is a YouTube video titled "Do It Before Your Brain Tells You Can't" containing a motivational talk or personal reflection recorded on December 14, 2022. The speaker discusses overcoming mental resistance by taking immediate action and building momentum toward goals. The content is a monologue without multiple speakers or conversational elements.
What is one tiny action that you can take today? What is the path of least resistance that you can step into, that you can get done, that you can, you know, at least build some momentum? I just had a call with a friend that I'm in a business mastermind with again. I love masterminds. There's so much value in masterminds. But just got off a call. I mean, we were talking about growing and building in different directions. And the advice that I gave him was to run towards the goal as fast as you can so that you can outrun your resistance. Like if you can sp. Sprint towards that goal before your brain catches up to you and before your brain tells you why you can't do it or why you're not enough or why you're not smart enough or pretty enough, young enough, skinny enough, whatever it is, before your brain can tell you you're not enough, you just gotta run.
