This is a YouTube video titled "Eliminate “Maybe” To Be Successful" containing a motivational talk or monologue recorded on December 9, 2022. The speaker emphasizes the importance of commitment and decisiveness in personal growth and business success, advising against the use of the word "maybe" when making decisions.

Number one, I want you to stop saying maybe. Stop telling yourself, maybe I'll do this, maybe I'll do that. Maybe if I have time, I'll do this thing. If you're going to decide to do something, you have to fully commit. There's no room for saying maybe in your life, in your business. If you're not really into it, then don't even say you're going to do it. You have to actually go all in. You have to decide when you put your mind to something. It's never maybe are you going to do it, or are you not going to do it? There's no room for maybe in the lives of people who want to make a really big impact and want to grow their businesses and want to become the best version of themselves.
