This is a YouTube video titled "Rush To Your Goal Before It’s Too Late" containing a motivational talk or monologue recorded on December 15, 2022. The speaker encourages listeners to act quickly and decisively toward their goals before self-doubt and negative thoughts can hold them back.

If you can sprint towards that goal before your brain catches up to you and before your brain tells you why you can't do it, or why you're not enough, or why you're not smart enough, or pretty enough, young enough, skinny enough, whatever it is, before your brain can tell you you're not enough, you just gotta run. You can't wanna. You have to make a decision, commit and start moving towards that goal before your brain tells you you can't. You have to, like, run into it as fast as you can.
