Allie Bjerk argues you should sell your product before you build it. Pre-selling reduces risk, validates demand, and keeps you motivated when things fail. She treats live teaching as part of the business itself.
Sell it first and then create it. So figure out a way to be able to pre sell or pre launch and then teach it live. That's really the easiest way to be able to get people into your world. Buying a low ticket product that you haven't actually created yet, like that's the secret. That's what will help people. That's what's going to help you move to the level of success that you want to move to without completely being crushed by your failures. Part of being an entrepreneur is failing over and over and over again and being able to move from failure to failure and maintaining that level of hope that is required for us to be able to keep, keep creating and keep showing up for our businesses.
