In this short vlog filmed on a Virginia Beach sunset, executive and life coach Andrey V. Karpov reflects on the profound impact of nature on personal well‑being. He begins by describing the beauty of sunsets and how they evoke hope, determination, and the promise of a new day. Using the natural cycle of day and night as a metaphor, he argues that we can "rewrite" tomorrow to be better than today, emphasizing proactive personal growth. He then offers practical advice: travel to parks, beaches, and other natural settings; limit technology; become an observer who listens, feels, and speaks less. Karpov positions nature as a therapeutic alternative that surpasses conventional medication or substances, encouraging viewers to bond with the universe, their inner self, and even a higher power. A personal anecdote about being unexpectedly soaked by a wave illustrates finding joy in small, uncontrollable moments. He closes by introducing himself as an executive and life coach, inviting likes, subscriptions, comments, and future topic suggestions, and ties the concept of "true agile" to living a purposeful, love‑filled life.

How's it going, guys? This is your coach Andrey V. Karpov visiting Virginia Beach, Sandbridge specifically. Absolutely beautiful sunset behind me, and today's video is going to be probably very short. It's just going to be about nature. You know, I already did one like this about traveling, about visiting different places, about taking some downtime in order to find peace within. But today I just wanted to focus on how wonderful and beautiful some things are around us that we don't really pay attention to, that we don't notice, that we take for granted. You know, like for example, Virginia, I've been living here for 7 years now and absolutely love sunsets here because they are just amazing. And when you get to the beach, which doesn't happen too often for me as an entrepreneur, I really, really enjoy watching them. I enjoy also sunrises, but sunsets are the best. They're just so romantic, so fulfilling, so full of hope and, you know, determination. And, you know, they teach us the fact that whenever the sun sets, it's sad because it, you know, it will go away like in a few minutes or, you know, an hour or whatever. In this case, probably in about 10-15 minutes. But there's going to be a new wonderful day tomorrow and you can rewrite your history where you can make tomorrow much better than it was today. Always remember, much better, not because this was worse or bad, but make it even better. So make sure you guys, you know, travel, make sure you come to different places like this, go to parks, go to the sea, lay in the sand, just bond with nature, do nothing, try not to use technology too much like I'm doing right now, taking a lot of photos and videos, but really try to enjoy the beauty and meaningful nature of simple things that surround us that have been here for generations, have been here for centuries, but we do not really put a lot of emphasis in them, and we just consider them pretty. It's more than that. It's just part of us. We came from that. We came from the universe, and we will become part of the universe because we're mortal. But that's where really the joy and the essence lies, and that's how you bond with your inner self, with your subconscious, with Mother Nature, with God, if you will. So highly recommend these therapeutic sessions. They're much better than any therapy, than any medication, than any substances that you may use. I don't recommend using any of that, but what I do recommend is really finding peace and joy and happiness by really just listening to the sounds around us, you know, just bonding with nature and carefully observing. Be an observer. Listen, feel, speak less. And just enjoy, enjoy every moment because you never know when life will take you. It's just, that's the way it is. We always hope for a long, prosperous, you know, healthy life. But the truth is, today is a beautiful day and beautiful moment. And if there was no tomorrow, would you say that you lived the best day of your life? I think I would. I fell asleep today on the beach and I really, really enjoyed it. And then a wave came, it just got me all wet. And I got pissed off a bit, but then I thought to myself, that's so cool, that's so fun. You know, I didn't get my phone or any of my stuff, but like, it was so much fun. You know, and that's where the essence, the juice of life is, and those little things. So, just wanted to share this mentor moment with you. My name is Andrey. I'm an executive coach and also help people through life coaching and strategic consulting for companies.
