Buckle no more in those yoga classes, friends. I'm about to tell you how to do Bakasana the easy way. Immediately, for many of you, all you need to do is bring your hands wider. That's going to be enough. For the rest of us, we're going to want to take 2 eggs or blocks, whatever you have, or maybe some books, that'll work too, and just bring them onto the ground, and that's going to be where you're going to place your feet. So bring your hands forward on the mat, and you're going to bring one foot and then the other foot up. Spread the fingertips wide, press the palms into the ground. Start to bring the knees up into the armpits as high as you can. You can just come right here, that's okay. Over time you're going to get closer and closer and closer. Always look forward and then just work on that and eventually you're going to get into the pose. Light up that follow button for more beginner yoga tips. I have so much to share with you.
