Welcome to the Yoga Liberty Podcast. I am Angelica and I'm joined today by my assistant Justine.
Hi everyone.
And we're here to talk to you today about something a little bit special and a little bit different than we normally talk about. And we're gonna share with you everything we learned at Funnel Hacking Live 2025. Very exciting stuff. Now, some of you might know the software that I have used for many, many years is ClickFunnels. And if you wanna use ClickFunnels, please do use my link. The link is in the description below because I use ClickFunnels, a lot of my clients use ClickFunnels, and I have a special link that gets you some discounts and a training along with it. It's called the One Funnel Away Challenge. That link is angelicagover.com/click-funnels. And again, we're gonna put that into the description so you can just click it and go straight to it. I love ClickFunnels. Why do I love ClickFunnels? It is an all-in-one software. It does everything for you. It has email marketing, it has short links, it has a blog, it hosts your website, it hosts all your landing pages, it hosts your course, it has a CRM so that you can text people and email people right inside of the platform. I feel like I'm missing some things. I'm gonna click over to the other link. It does all of your order fulfillment for you. It even has a shop on its So if you want to do like t-shirts with your name on it, something new that we learned at Funnel Hacking Live, we're going to be doing that. It has communities on here. It has, there's like just so many things and the price is right because if you pay for it in advance, I think it's like, if you pay for a year in advance, I think you're paying like $81 a month. It's insanity. It's insanity what this, this software gives you. It's so good. I've never seen anything like this before. Um, usually softwares are stupid expensive, and I have never seen a software that can do all of these things. Oh, it also has a calendar in it. I forgot about that. So you can get people to book appointments with you through, um, your ClickFunnels account as well. So I'm a big fan of ClickFunnels. I use ClickFunnels myself. I've been using it for very many years. If you run ads, it is the premium software because you can do all kinds of automations and workflows that allow you to to, um, really reach your customers even while you sleep. So for me, we host a premium course called The Empowered Yoga Teacher. And if you wanna learn more about that and you would like to build your own online yoga empire, go to angelicagilbert.com/training. And, um, we will have that in the link below and, um, in the description. And you can go through an automation. You will literally go through an automation in ClickFunnels when you do that, um, and then you'll book a call to meet with me or someone on my team, and we'll talk about, you know, what your goals are, what your dreams are, how you can get to where you want to go faster, and if what we have to offer is a good fit for what it is that you want to do. So, um, I do all that with automations. You'll get an automated text message if you live in the United States or Canada. I think maybe Mexico too, not in the UK though, and not in Europe, um, because my text messages only go to us. That's just how the platforms work. I think, I think you can get approved to text in Europe, but Europe's got some like really different rules around all that. It's not really my target audience anyway. I mostly work with people in the US and Canada and Mexico. I actually had a student in Mexico that's going to be on the podcast coming up. She started with me 2 years ago and she wasn't really teaching yoga. She'd gone through a pretty traumatic thing. She's already been on the podcast before. She's coming back again. Her name is Paula. So if you you look back and you see Paula, you can see that she, um, she shares in there. I'm not going to share here what she went through, but she went through some really hard times that women go through that are very tough for us. And she wasn't really teaching yoga. She took a course with me and she started teaching yoga again. She built an online presence and she also built a yoga studio in Tijuana, Mexico, which was not expected. It's called Radiant Light Yoga. It's really amazing. And, um, she just was the first person ever to create a 300-hour yoga teacher training in Tijuana. Yeah. No way.
That's amazing.
I know. It's really exciting. Like, I was sitting with Paul last night and we were talking about clients and everything, and I was like, you know, like, uh, how much have I really helped people and who, who have I really helped and what were there some of the results that they got? And, you know, like, I was thinking about, I was like, damn, you know, like Paula has a whole studio. Like, she's changing like multiple people's lives, you know? And like, Nene is monetized on YouTube, and Tiffany made like $20,000. And you know, it's just like, it's so crazy when you think about like how many people you really have helped. And it's really pretty amazing. So, um, I love that people are getting great results inside of the course. And you know, like, it's one of the things that's hard for me is not everybody does. Not everybody gets good results. Like, I'm fully transparent with that. And the reason why they don't get good results is they don't come to the weekly support calls. They're not in there getting their questions answered. They're not in there networking with the other people. Um, and two, I would say the biggest thing is that they let their brain get in the way. And that's something that we learned at Funnel Hacking Live.
Mm-hmm.
And Tony Robbins said, that it's 80% mindset and 20% strategy. And people think it's the other way around. They think it's all strategy and no mindset. And the mindset will get you to get you every time. So I think that imposter syndrome is just a form of self-sabotage and procrastination. But a lot of people will get that. Or like there was that lady. So we went to a roundtable and there was a woman that I follow on social media. And her name is Rachel. And someone asked her what I felt like is a dumb question, but there are no dumb questions, just dumb people. And she was like, she, she goes, well, what if my— I get worried that my hair doesn't look perfect. And I was like just so upset with that because if you're watching this right now on video, Um, I literally just brushed my hair, but these ends are dead. Okay, like, these— this is not— this is not a good situation. Okay, I don't have any makeup on. I have been working since 8 o'clock this morning without stopping. No stopping at all. I had to be like, hold on just a second, mute the Zoom so I could go pee. You know, like, just like running to go to the bathroom and like running to get a water. You know, like, I don't have time to do my hair. But I do wanna get these podcasts out to you because I know a lot of you listen to them. And I know when I get on calls with y'all and I talk to you, people are like, I listened to your podcast. I watched your whole podcast. I, I heard what you said on the podcast. So listen, if you're out there and you're listening and you're thinking about coming to my course, I wanna tell you right now, traffic is more important. Start creating content, start creating content. You don't need an offer if no one sees your offer. There's no point in y'all creating these long, big courses and then coming to me on the call and being like, I made this course and no one's buying it.
Why?
Because you have 100 followers on Instagram and you made 3 videos in the past 6 months. You know, like, you need to be making more content. Make more content. I'm not saying don't make your course. Make your course if you want to. But you gotta get it in front of eyes. Uh, there was a really good example I said to somebody today, which was that like, okay, let's say you have a store and you're selling something. Like it's a, it's a mug store. You're selling mugs, these great mugs that are handmade. Okay? You have this mug store and you set up everything. You have hundreds of mugs in there and you open your store, but there's nobody walking by. And nobody comes into the store. It doesn't matter how great your mug is if you don't have any traffic walking by that store that looks at your attractive storefront, your facade. That's what we call it in retail, your facade. That looks at your facade and it's like, wow, that's really like— looks like a fancy mug store. They got a great facade. Right? That facade is your landing page with your sales copy in the internet world. Okay? If you don't have a great landing page with great sales copy with traffic walking by it, it doesn't matter how many mugs you're selling. No one's gonna buy your mugs. So y'all need to start creating content. That is my gift to you today. That's your free coaching of the day. Create more content.
And if everyone goes and creates one piece of content and then tags us at Yoga Liberty, on Instagram so we can see what you're doing, that would be amazing.
I'll repost it.
I'll put it in my stories.
I'll repost it to my stories if you tag me, so there's traffic.
And that's some accountability. Well, no, just, just do it. We'll each do it.
I do it every day. Um, we're doing it right now. We're creating content right now. Okay. So let's talk a little bit about what we learned at Funnel Hacking Live, cuz that's really what we wanna talk about right now.
And before we talk about it, would you just give a little definition of what Funnel Hacking Live is? Cuz I, I don't think people know about Funnel Hacking Live if they're not in the funnel world already.
Okay. Okay. Yeah, that's a great idea. Um, sometimes you forget. Right? Like the other day when I was like, could you tell me what that means? Uh-uh. You know?
Yeah.
Um, okay. So when someone comes into your world, in your business, your online presence, whatever you wanna call it, when you're creating your offers, the things that you sell to the world, people go through what's called a sales funnel. Okay, and in that sales funnel, you have a landing page. And on that landing page, you say, this is what I'm offering you, and this is why it's amazing, and these are all the bonuses that you're gonna get. Sign up here. Okay, and then once they sign up for that offer, it takes them to another page. This is in the marketing world, okay? In the online marketing world specifically. It takes them to another page. On that page, we have what's called an OTO. It's a one-time offer. So it'll say, and I have a cinema adjustments and assist course. Like you go to the landing page for the adjustments and assist, you sign up for it. And then on the next page it's gonna say, hey, I don't offer this anywhere else, but my advanced alignment and cueing course, you can buy this right now, this one-time offer. And ClickFunnels has this incredible one-click feature. So if they've already entered their credit card information on the first page, on the second page, all they'll have to do is click that button once and will automatically add it to their credit card. It'll just charge them. Then the next page can be an upsell page, or it can be a downsell page in ClickFunnels. Not every— not everybody does the downsell. That's one of the best parts of ClickFunnels is when people says no, you can then send them to a downsell page. So let's say they said no, they don't want my adjustments, and— or they don't want my advanced alignment and cueing. OTO, then in the next page I could make that a downsell. I don't do it that way, but I could. And so when people go there, I could say, well, listen, I know that you didn't want to get that, but I really think this will help you out, so you can get it for 2 payments of, you know, whatever, right? And so that would be like a downsell to try to get them on there. Okay, um, or you could have another upsell And an upsell is where you add on to the order to make the order bigger. And then you have a confirmation page or a thank you page that says like, here's what you bought, thank you so much, right? Um, and then everything is delivered to the client. So they'll get an email that says like, here's your course entry for Adjustments and Assists. They'll get another email that's like, here's your course entry information for Alignment and Queuing. And, um, they'll get, you know, like anything else that they added on, plus any automations that I've set up where I set up welcome emails, I add them to my community, all of that kind of stuff, okay? So all of that's done through ClickFunnels. There are different companies that do it, but ClickFunnels is hands down the best. Like by and far, it's like the best software that does that. The guy that started ClickFunnels like 10 years ago, He is a really interesting character who is, I think, in his core, a good person. I mean, he's still a marketer, but I think that he's a good person. He wants good for the world. And after going to this Funnel Hacking Live, which was the last one they're ever gonna have, I felt like he shared with us stories that were just so intense. I had no idea that that man went through so many dark nights of the soul. But he offers a lot more on that software because he's the face of the software. So where you might like sign up for Kajabi, for instance, which was like one of the first softwares that I used, which was really expensive and did not have any of the capabilities that this software does. Um, there's no person behind the face of that. You never know. I don't know who created Kajabi. I have no idea. Most of these softwares, You have no idea who created what, you know? But Russell really is like the spearhead, he's the figurehead of ClickFunnels. So he made Funnel Hacking Live as a conference, it's a 4-day conference you go to and you learn how to do sales funnels and how to get better as an online marketer and how to get better as a salesperson and how to make better offers that people really enjoy. And more than anything, my favorite part of Funnel Hacking Live is that they really pull out you, you as a person and how you can get better as a person. I'm so sad that you missed the last two speakers, which was Tony Robbins and Garrett White from Wake Up Warrior, because they were so good. Actually, like, normally I'm not a big fan of Garrett White because he's like very, um, over the top. And I'm gonna have Justine share a little bit about that in a moment because that was eye-opening for me. Um, We still talk about it, but, um, he actually— what he had to say at this one was really good. So, um, I think he would have liked them, but they also do like self-development. And so that's why I'm really bought into it, because it's more than just a software to me. It's like I'm part of a bigger movement, and I think that's what Russell's trying to do also. But he didn't have to do that. Like, they could just sell their software as ads and stuff, you know, but he's creating a movement. Right?
Mm-hmm.
So that's what you do at Funnel Hacking Live. And, uh, so we were gonna talk a little bit about what we do, did at Funnel Hacking Live. But before we do that, you know how like sometimes when you get men get on stage and they just get like really loud and they talk like really, really, really like they're screaming at you. And I was kind of laughing about it and I told Justine about it and this is what she said.
I said, they're being vulnerable. This is how they know how to be vulnerable, is these super macho men are getting up on stage and they want to share this big part of their heart, but they don't know how. And so they start yelling at you because it's the emotion that they're most comfortable with.
And I was like, that makes so much sense to me. Oh my gosh, like, that's their— that's their, like, way of being vulnerable. So then the, like, lit a light bulb moment in my head because, you know, the, the love languages, you know how everybody will say like, um, well, he's not loving me in my love language, blah blah blah. But that's not actually how that works, right? Like, how it works is, for instance, like, Paul's love language is, uh, acts of service, right? So I know that when he's doing things for me, he's showing his love for me. Right. While my love language might be quality time, which we both kind of share, so we spend a lot of time together, but maybe my love language is quality time. Just because he's not providing me with quality time doesn't mean he doesn't love me. It means that he, he's showing me how he sees love. Right. Which that made me think about those guys getting up there and being vulnerable. It's my perception that vulnerability looks one way, but it doesn't. That's how vulnerability looks to them, right? So they truly are being vulnerable. It's just the way that they share it with the world. And I was like, that was like such a big eye-opener for me, and I really loved that. So I just wanted to share that with all of you in case you have a loud, vulnerable person in your life. Um, anyhow, so let's start. You know, from the beginning, day one, right? Let's talk about day one. And, um, um, let's see, let's talk about day one. I'm gonna go— I still have it in here, so I'm gonna go back to the page where we looked at it. Okay, day one was, um, The day that we talked about really was like personality stuff, right?
Yeah.
So what was some stuff that you got out of that day one?
Well, I really— well, first off, that was when we had our vulnerability talk with, uh, Andy Elliott and the Elliott Army.
Elliott Army.
But I think the thing that really stood out to me That day was McCall Jones and her Charisma-fying. Like she had this whole, if you give a mouse a cookie speech, but a big part of it was like needing to know your types of charisma and then also needing to know like how you build trust and how you create authority. So there's 3 different types. There's the steady trust, the fixed trust, and the mirror trust. Steady leads with emotions, fixed leads with behaviors, and mirroring leads with thoughts. And this is how you come across as authentic to your audience. And then your authority is like, well, why should I buy your course? And that's light, lift, and lead. So light is light the path, like, hey, this is the way and you should do it this way. Lift is trust yourself. So it's like, I'm here to guide you in your inner wisdom. And lead is, trust me, I know the way. And we all have our different combinations of each of those. And if, if I am not a behavior person and I'm not a trust me person, I'm gonna come across as really egotistical if I'm trying to be like, no, I know the way and you have to listen to me. So it's all about finding what your way to build trust is.
Right. So if I tried to use a different style of building trust, then it would come off as very inauthentic. So finding what your style is and then mirroring that person's type of style, um, and she gave some examples of different people that had the styles that she was talking about, um, can help to present to your audience in a way that they will know, like, and trust you better. Um, yeah, I found that I was, um, a light authority. This worked for me, this is going to work for you, right? And I was a lead personality, so I'm assertive motivator, definitely a leader. Yeah, I'm like, just do it, stop fooling around.
Yeah.
Um, so that was interesting. I think I put like my charisma style was fixer. Mm-hmm. Talk about your own success. Um, so anyhow, yeah, McCall was really interesting. I liked Myron Golden. Um, he was a trash man and now he's like a multi-million dollar internet marketer. Um, and I thought that was a— that's a really cool story.
Yeah.
But something that I thought was really interesting, because we're always like yoga-ing everything, right? He would tell the story about how he only flies private, and knowing that he used to be a trash man and make like $6 an hour doing it— so it was like a really long time ago— um, I thought, you know what, that's a trauma response, right? Right? Like You don't have to only fly private. You can fly first class, bro. It's just as good. Um, but the fact that he was so adamant, like, I only fly private.
Mm-hmm.
You know, like I was like, wow, that's a mega trauma response, you know?
Yeah.
So that was really interesting. One thing you'll learn along the way of your internet life, becoming like an online yoga teacher and living in this online world. Is that there's a lot of ego, you know, and there's a lot of unhealed people. And I had a call today with somebody and I felt so bad for them. They were like, you know, we've been burned before and we get on these things and people want like $10,000, $15,000, and then they give you nothing. And that is, a lot of people do that. That's not my courses. I'd be trying to overdeliver. That's why we're here right now on this podcast. Like, literally the only reason I'm creating daily content on Instagram and creating a podcast and a YouTube is to get word out to you that I'm a decent human being and I am not going to screw you over. Like, when you see my stuff, this is what I do for free. This is what I'm doing for you for free. So if you see this, what we're doing for free, imagine what I will do for you when you pay me. And Justine doesn't work for me for free, y'all. She's not here on her own dime, just so that you know. Like, so it's not free to me, but it's free to you. Do you know what I'm saying? It's free to you, the listener. So you're—
yeah, you're spending money to get this content out, right?
Right. Um, in hopes that you recognize that I would not do you wrong, you know. But also, I think too, just to realize, like, some of you are going to watch this content and immediately be like, no, she crazy. She is so cray, and I don't want to have anything to do with that. Great. Um, glad we got that out of the way. But others of you are going to listen to this content and be like, wow, that really resonates with me, because what you see here is really who I am all day long. You know, like, this is the real— this is the real me. Justine just spent 4 days at my house sleeping in my spare bedroom, so she knows Well, and at one point you asked, you were like, did you—
is this what you expected? I was like, yeah, like, what do you— we spend a lot of time on this little Zoom camera together. We have since July. He's like, I knew what to expect.
I didn't know you're gonna be so tall.
I get that all the time. When I first met my boyfriend's mom, the first thing she said to me was, oh my gosh, you're not short. I know, I know what it is.
Like 5'4". I was like, what is this? Where— what's going on? I meant to be like, how are you?
And I'm not even that tall, you all. I'm like—
no, you're like the same kind of me.
Yeah, like maybe reaching 5'7" these days.
Yeah, I'm 5'8", so we're about the same. Yeah, yeah, it was fun. We had a lot of fun. We had, um, and I only had 2 donut holes. So there was that. Um, anyhow, um, so you know what else was interesting is that Elliott guy.
Yeah, Andy Elliott.
Andy Elliott. Okay, I have never heard of him before this.
Me neither.
Um, he had like a bunch of people come up on stage and like all stand behind him, and it was like all his success stories, like people who had made it. It's really interesting, the cult of personality, and like how people That's something that I really struggled with when I started doing online, was that when I owned the studio, I never wanted to be the face of the studio. I did not wanna be the peop— the person that people looked at. But now I realize like in online, that is my persona. Like I am the leader, you know? And, um, and I enjoy it and I'm good at it and it gives me fulfillment. And I do help a lot of people, um, but it was hard to step into that, you know, because like, you're like, who am I to tell you how to live your life? Because I'm not a follower, right? Well, I would never ever take anybody's advice. I mean, that's not entirely true. Like, I listen to people who I think have more knowledge than me on a subject, but to a point, you know. Like, if someone gives me information. Like, I just fired a company, you and I were talking about it, and then hired a company that charged me 3 times as much to get the same information from a different source that I thought was more ethical. But I had a company who was like telling me to write like a specific thing in my VSL, video sales letter, that I felt like was unethical. And so I, I got into an argument with the guy and he was like, you need to do this. Well, I'm like, I'm just because you said it. Who are you? Right. You know, like, I know what's best for my company. I think everybody should be that way, but I have a little bit more, um, I have think like religion the same way. I'm all like, I don't offend anybody, but this is the way I look at it. Somebody wrote the Bible and stuff like that. That was just a dude. Okay. Why is that dude any more enlightened than me?
Mm-hmm.
You know what I'm saying? What did Matthew know that I, that I can't know myself? Why, why do I need John to tell me, you know?
Totally.
What is it, what is it that Paul knows that, you know, what about Corinthians, what were they doing that I can't figure out myself, you know? Like, right, saying like, I'm just as divine, you know? So, um, anyhow, I had a hard time at first being very straightforward with what my beliefs were and what I thought and how I saw the world, but I can see now that it does, it does help other people because not everybody has that good orderly direction. Um, okay. Something that really hit me when Russell Brunson was speaking on that day was that he said, um, the person that you are serving is you 5 years ago.
Mm. Yeah.
Yeah. Because 5 years ago I was sitting in my camper on the side of a mountain. Wanting to be online, wishing that I had an online program, but having absolutely no idea how to do that with no Instagram account. I had no Instagram, I had no Facebook, I had no YouTube. That's not true, I did have a YouTube channel for my RVing. If you guys want to go watch that, it's called Born to Be Nomadic, and, um, These are some of my very first YouTube videos.
Oh, that's awesome.
And I do like walkthroughs of other people's RVs and stuff. Cause I thought that was like the way, you know, I wanted to get away from yoga, but the joke was on me because I'm never getting away from yoga.
Yeah. It'd be really cute to, um, have you do like a, you know, the videos where people are reacting to videos, like have you react to your old videos and like use the knowledge that you have now to kind of like help level up, like for people who are just beginning?
Well, it's pretty interesting. Our first video, we always make fun of it. We have a saying in our house called, it's January 31st, because in my first video I'm sitting like really far away from the camera. I'm not wearing a microphone, so it's, the volume is really low and I go, it's January 31st, like a deer in headlights. It's January 31st. That's how I start the video. You can watch, it's still public. Y'all can watch it. My editing was iMovie on my iPad. Primo. Yeah, I've grown. I've grown since then. So that's me 5 years ago. Okay, let's talk about Day 2. Okay, so day 2 was, um, Trent Shelton, which is— he was like a motivational speaker. I don't feel like either of us were really motivated by that. That's where we learned about yelling as a— no, that was—
yelling was Andy.
Andy, I actually—
I really liked—
oh, you did? Okay. Yeah, I mean, I like— it was overproduced, but that's okay.
I mean, I love— I'm— I love the emotional backtrack.
Oh really? Okay.
There's like— it makes me think of those, um, those, uh, Humane Society videos with, um—
no girl, I'll be turning those off. In the arms. Yeah, the emotional backtrack, it gets people.
I think it's a little—
it's easy to swipe.
I think it's a little cheesy, but I'm like, I get what you're doing here. You know, like, you're setting the mood. Um, but I, I liked it just because, okay, it was really focused on, um, taking your power back was what he— what I felt like that main thing was, is like taking your power back, being the real you. And, um, also like part of what he was saying was like, don't lose yourself in the journey, like keep up with being authentic. I felt like it fit really well with the day before. And I don't think he had like the most profound things to say in terms of like what we're at Funnel Hacking Live for, but I thought he did a really good job.
Okay. All right. Okay. Well, that's one for Trent and one not for Trent. Um, and then the next speaker was Russell Brunson. He talked about webinars, best practices with webinars. I've done a lot of webinars. Uh, we used to promote the webinar. But we're not doing that anymore. I actually killed that link. So you will want to go in and change. Have you changed all the links in the— Yeah. Okay, cool. Thank you.
Yeah.
Because we have not— that's not even— I turned it off. You can't even go to that page anymore. So yeah. Okay, good. I'm glad we had that background conversation. The next speaker was my favorite speaker the entire time, Eileen Wilder. Huge fan. She did my favorite talk, which is the I, You, They soundbite, and she changed it a little bit when she did it. Um, let me get to my notes there because she like has changed that talk a little bit. Um, gosh, there's so many stuff.
Too many notes.
Okay, it's I, You Point they soundbite. She added the point thing. Um, yeah, so the way that works is that I will be telling a story. You know when you're telling a story to somebody and you want to convey a point to someone, and then you make your point, but there's a bunch of people that are haters and they hate your point, right? Well, success was never made from people who listen to the haters. So what I just did was I said about myself, but then I changed it to you. Then I made a point. Then I made an enemy called they, and then I made a, a profound quote, right? That makes you think that I really know what I'm talking about. Her style of speech, the I, you, point, they soundbite is insane. It's so good. When I heard that the first time, it was like, this is the only way I wanna speak.
Yeah. And she's so good at it too. She has such a stage presence and like really a very commanding persona. Like, I don't know what she's like when she talks to people just like regularly when she's not selling, but when she turns that on, it's very like, you can't stop watching.
And she's beautiful.
She is.
She's really pretty. She's really, really pretty. She's like, like, looks like a Barbie. She's so pretty. Um, I wonder what she's like in real life. I don't know, but she's pretty amazing. Um, then was Armand Morin. I don't— do you remember what he talked about?
He was talking about the stack. So like your offering.
Oh, the offer stack.
Yeah.
Oh, that's like a webinar thing. So when you see those things in webinars where they're like, you know, it's this which is this value and then this which has this value and this has just this value all today for a total of only blank blank blank, right?
Mm-hmm.
Um, that's what he was talking about, how to deliver the offer stack. So there's so much great training inside of ClickFunnels too. Like once you sign up for ClickFunnels, at my link in the description below, and you get, um, the bonus trainings. Because if you go through my link, you're going to get a bunch of bonus trainings, um, that they train you how to use the software, but they also have these kinds of trainings inside of there. They're like so good. Um, anyhow, Ashley Kirkwood— I was walking out. Okay, so Ashley Kirkwood is— she talks about using props She's awesome. In your presentation. When I was walking out of Funnel Hacking Live, her daughter handed this to me.
Whoa, I didn't know that.
I know, I was like, this is so cute. Because you weren't there, you were already gone. You were already on your plane. You were on a plane. I should have booked your flight for Sunday. It was such a cheapy. I was like, mm, it's $100 extra. I'm not gonna do that. She can go home on Saturday. She'll want to go home on Saturday anyway, which was nice, but still, I think you would have really liked those end speakers.
Yeah.
So, um, anyhow, her daughter gave me this Speak Your Way to Cash journal. It's just an empty journal, but it's fine because I think it has a little bit of stuff in there. Yeah, but how cool was that? And we loved her. She was a great speaker. She talked about how to use props inside of your speeches. Um, then we had Tim Shields, who's the guy that does the webinars, like, in weird places. And he actually inspired me. I did a webinar once at the Grand Canyon.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah. So that was pretty cool. He's done a lot of them at the Grand Canyon. Yeah. Uh, Josiah Grimes, an expert in the world of bidding, doing video sales letters, which we do. We have a VSL. So if you go to, uh, angelicagovert.com/training and you sign up, you get what's called a VSL. That's a video sales letter where I talk to you about our program and what it is that we do here. And how we help you. And that's what a VSL is. It's all, it's not magic, it's just letters. Then Russell Brunson talked away, talked about the funnel stack again. And then Russell and Todd came out and talked about ClickFunnels and what was going on with ClickFunnels, some of their new features. And then we used some of those features and we found out about some new features. So there's gonna be some merch. Coming. We're about to have merch that says like Yoga Laberty and cool sayings and stuff on t-shirts. You'll start to see them in my videos because I'm gonna order some. We're gonna have merch, okay? And then, um, then we had the round tables where we got to meet with people that were in Russell's Inner Circle and kind of like ask them questions and get to really know them. Um, and one of them was Rachel Peterson. She was the first one we went to. Love Rachel. She does social media marketing. Yeah, she's got a lot of great ideas. One of the things she said, and that's why we're here in this podcast today, is that, um, she did podcasts every day for a year, uploaded it to YouTube every day for a year, and she saw a 10-time increase in her business.
Yeah, so I mean, she's dedicated. She was saying that she would make 2 to 3 reels a day, a podcast a day, a blog post a day, like all of this stuff. She would spend hours—
girl, I thought it was a blog post a week.
Blog post week. Um, I'm not looking at my notes right now from that because they're on my phone, not in my little notebook, but She'd spend 3 hours every morning, and she said that she did not expose herself to any dopamine until she had done her content. So she didn't—
wow—
she didn't go— I mean, like, she's on her computer because she's making stuff, but she's not scrolling social media, she's not playing Wordle, she's like not even drinking coffee.
She didn't even drink coffee before she did that? Yeah, good for her.
So that she could just like Get it all done.
Good idea though. That's a great idea because that is the time of day that I waste the most time. Like, I wake up and immediately I'm like, and what happened on Instagram last night?
Yeah.
Um, and then we also, we wanted to meet, um, Marielle, but she was really busy. She's the one that does funny ads. Um, and so we just started randomly choosing numbers and going to those tables. And we got to a guy that was doing traffic, and there was like only like 4 or 5 people sitting at his table and he was starting to get really frustrated cuz this guy was asking him questions that wasn't related to what he was good at. And, um, I was like, what do you do? And he's like, I help people drive traffic. And I was like, cool, I need traffic. Tell me everything about it. And he gave like some really out of the box ideas that I had never thought about before. And I think it really like goes to show that when you ask somebody to share what they're good at and allow them to really highlight who they are, that's when you get the best information from people. Okay, let's move on to day 3 because we don't have a lot of time left. I'm gonna—
yeah, well, it is 4 if you wanted a hard 4 cutoff because I've been trying to take my dog for a walk. And we could do— we could do a part 2.
We could do a part 2.
We could do—
everybody's like, gosh dang it, get—
keep doing it, but Dino needs a walk.
Bambino needs a walk. Should— Justine got to meet my Bambino this—
oh, he's the best. Yeah, he's the whole reason I was there.
He's a great dog. That's what I told him. Yeah, he's right now, he's sleeping here on the, on his bed. He's like, would you please get done with her so that you could go on a walk with me? Um, so anyhow, okay, yeah, it's a great idea. Let's go ahead and do a part 2. Why not? Okay, so, um, this is the video of what we learned at Funnel Hacking Live. And, uh, podcast, if you're just listening, uh, we'll make a part 2 next month— or next month— next week. Next— I don't— just don't listen to me, okay? I'll be in my camper next time too. We'll be recording this from the camper. Yeah, because we're going to see The Killers this Friday in Laughlin, so that'll be fun. We're taking our camper. We're gonna go look at a house in Laughlin. Pretty exciting. Yeah, we've been thinking about leaving Vegas for a while, but, um, I don't know, Laughlin's hotter than Vegas and windier. We really want to move to Flagstaff, girl. That's where we really should. We want this. It's so expensive. I know, I can't find anything. I can't find anything.
There's some cute— I'll text you some areas. There's some cute areas right outside that are like reasonable driving into town, but they're like really less developed. Yeah.
Oh, okay.
I mean, like, not as reasonable as like being 10 minutes from like the Strip in Vegas, but reasonable.
Yeah, no, we've lived remote before. We're okay, you know? Yeah, yeah. Okay, send me some stuff. Yeah, because that's where we— they got brew pubs, they got hiking, they got nature. Yeah, better air quality, close enough to drive to the Phoenix airport. They have an airport. I wouldn't go in and out of it though because it's like a commuter, so it's going to be really expensive. Yeah, yeah, but, um, close enough to drive to Phoenix. Phoenix?
Yeah, take a shuttle. It's like a $50 shuttle.
Oh, I didn't even know about the shuttle. I would just drive there myself, save money on parking. But also, I'll give you all the information about Flagstaff. Okay, cool. Yeah, we'll have to have a conversation not on the podcast. Um, okay, so anyhow, um If you want to get ClickFunnels, the link is in the description, but it's www.angelicagovert.com/click-funnels. You get a bunch of extra freebie trainings and some good pricing when you go through my link. So definitely do that. Um, and also if you would like to become an online yoga teacher, you want to build your online yoga empire, or really like, honestly, I've been thinking about it. If it's, it's not just if you're teaching yoga, to be honest, if you're in any wellness kind of thing, you know, you're doing Reiki, right? That would be a good match. Or you're doing, um, shamanism. You own a retreat center. We've had somebody from a retreat center, anything like that, and you want to build your online presence. This is a good fit for you. Book a call with us. Uh, we'll sit down with you on the Zoom. We'll go over everything that your goals are. We'll talk about what we offer. Decide if this is a good match for what it is that you want to do to move forward. So that's angelicagovert.com/training. Link will be in the description. And, um, yeah. All right. We'll see you for part 2 next week after next, right? Because the next week is probably going to be an interview.
Yeah. You'll have to wait.
You have to wait 2 weeks, y'all, for what we learned on day 3 and 4.
Ooh, those are the best days too.
All right. We'll see you all. Make sure to like, subscribe, share with your friends. It really helps us to get the word out to other people and build the podcast, which is important so that we can help more people for free. All right, have a great night, y'all, when we'll see you at the next podcast.
