That's when I first fell in love with yoga, not teaching it, but just practicing it. I just moved to a new state with 3 of my best friends. Bonded deeply through yoga, health, and wellness. And around that same time, I also got certified as a holistic health coach through IIN, which gave me a taste of what it felt like to help people feel empowered in their bodies and in their lifestyles. I started a little WordPress blog back then, super DIY, super raw, but it gave me my first real glimpse into what it meant to have an online presence. I didn't really have SEO skills or a marketing plan, but I had a heart and I shared my wellness journey. I shared health coaching tips and of course yoga content, was starting to plant the seeds of what would eventually become my online yoga business.
