Namaste. Hello. Hi, how are you all today? We're gonna do a short meditation on the heart chakra today, the anahata chakra, which is our heart center, because I feel like right now— hi, Farrah— I feel like right now people are really struggling to be heart-centered. And hey, how are you, Juliana? And so I wanted to do a meditation on our hearts because our hearts need a little bit of healing. So let's take a deep inhale through the nose and a deep exhale. Good. And just find yourself into a comfortable seat or lying down, whatever feels good to you. I'm gonna go ahead and sit here. I'm in the beautiful Arizona desert. All right, lengthening the spine, relax down through the shoulders. Good. We'll check the time. Taking a deep inhale and a deep exhale. And again, like in my previous videos We're going to be using Ujjayi breath, so we're breathing in and out through the nose, deep inhales, deep exhales. And you want that breath to come all the way down, filling up the lungs. So let's take an inhale. Hold at the top. And then exhale out the nose. Hold at the bottom. And the reason we breathe in and out through the nose is to lower our fight or flight response. So mouth breathing makes us more anxious than nose breathing. So inhale, hold, and exhale. Hold at the bottom. Good. Let your eyes close. Breathe in through the nose. Hold at the top. And breathe out through the nose. Beginning to feel a tingle in the nose. Deep inhale. And an exhale. Beginning to feel the mind start to calm. Breathe in deep through the chest. And exhale. If any thoughts come into your mind, just acknowledge them and release them. This is your time for peace and quiet. Deep inhale. And exhale. Breathe in. Breathe out. And start to bring your energy into your chest. So as you inhale, Filling the lungs completely, and as you exhale, releasing completely, emptying it out at the bottom. Inhale. Exhale. Inhale, feeling warmth in your chest. Exhale, releasing. Inhale. Exhale. And now breathing in, imagine that you're pulling in all of the love from everyone that you've ever known. Filling your body with love and peace, holding it all in. And then exhale, release, send that energy back out, the energy of love. Inhale love, hold it all in. Exhale, imagine you're sending it out to the universe. Good. Inhale, bringing in love, filling your heart all the way to the top. Good. Exhale, send out love. Good. I'm sending you love. Through the screen. Inhale. Exhale. Love coming back out at you. Good. And I can feel you sending it to me. Inhale. Exhale. Good. Inhale, breathing love in. Exhale, breathing love out. Good. Love is the currency. Breathing it in. Exhale, sending it out. Love is the currency. Good. Breathing it in. Exhaling it out. Inhale. Imagine you're being covered by love completely around the body, filling you with all the good thoughts of everyone you've ever known who has ever loved you even a small amount. Exhale, send it out to the universe, sending out love and touching each person you know that needs a little bit of love today. Good. Sending it out. Inhale, filling your body with love. Exhale, sending it out to the world. And then go ahead and slowly now let your eyes flitter open, bringing yourself back into the day. I hope that you have a beautiful and wonderful, wonderful day, and I hope that you can find love in all the places that you go today. And if you can't find it, I hope that you create it. Have a great day. I love you all. I'm gonna go ahead and post this for you both in my Instagram and also on my YouTube channel. Thank you, Kara, so much for joining.
