Welcome everyone to the Yoga Library Podcast. It's me, Angelica. I'm here today and I just wanted to pop in and do a short podcast with you. I have been over the moon busy with so many people in the Empowered Yoga Teachers Course. Like, in addition, it's yoga teacher training time, right, for the year, and you You know, I hosted an online yoga teacher training, and I have all that happening with the online yoga teacher training, all the new people coming in for that. Plus I decided to do an in-person yoga teacher training, so I'm a little bit crazy right now, and my energy is like, woo! And, um, I really just like being around the energy of other people who are like moving and shaking and doing what I want to do. And you're moving, you're shaking, you're doing the things that you want to do and you're making friends doing it. And I tell you, like, when I got online, I had to like totally switch my friend group. I had to really switch who I was hanging out with because people really had their limiting beliefs. And I would be like, get back. Y'all can do that yourself on your own time. But for me, no, I dream big. And one of the things I started doing was listening to these Joe Dispenza meditations, and it really rewired my brain. So that I think totally different than the way I used to think. Highly recommend Joe Dispenza's meditations. Although I will let you know, again, if you've been listening to the podcast, you know, I went, I spent like $5,000 to do his intensive, would not recommend. His meditations on his website are great, 'cause if you do them on YouTube, that's good. You can get like started that way for free. But if you buy his meditations on his website, you do the pranayama first and then you do the meditation, which as you know is amazing. And I'm about to do one right after this, but I wanted to, I wanted to do a podcast with you because, um, I'm in transition right now, right? A lot, a lot's going on. Um, my business has blown up like way bigger than I expected this year, so I need someone to come and help me. And so Francesca is going to come work for me, hopefully starting in April, full-time. So that's really exciting. If you watch any of my videos or you're in my courses, you know Francesca. She does a lot of— she does a lot of filming with me, but she's going to come in and she's going to start like working with all of you, and she's gonna, you know, be a bigger part of the back end and also this here, because, um, I now don't have anyone to help me with the podcast. Um, Justine is going and getting her, um, master's degree. I think she busy. She's got like 3 jobs plus going to school and teaching in person, and it just wasn't— it wasn't like feasible for her to keep doing this with me. So she was doing the podcast. She would do— I would give her all the info, and she would like put the blog in, and she would upload it and everything like that. And so now I have to do that all until Francesca comes. But my days are like, tomorrow I start at 7 AM and I end at 10 PM, and literally I have no breaks through that entire time. So when I'm in calls, I'm gonna have to be like, hey, I have to go to the ladies' room, could you— do you mind if you just— just give me a second? Um, that's what it's gonna be like. But it's fine, whatever, like high-class problems, right? Like, may you have high-class problems. May you be so busy and so abundant that there's just no stopping you and you have to work all day long. It's pretty incredible. But I do feel like I get started with my days and I'm like kind of keyed up. Plus I've been drinking a lot of yerba mate, um, and I think it's time for me to do a meditation and just chill the F out for the rest of the day. Um, but I wanted to stop in and say hi to everybody and just thank you so much for listening to the podcast and being a part of the podcast and sharing the podcast. I do have a lot of really great interviews that I've recorded that are coming up, some really exciting things Prison Yoga Project was on, and I'm pretty excited to share that with you. And also, I've interviewed a number of yoga teachers, and I have a special one coming on. If you know David Newman, he passed away last year from a brain tumor, and he is a bhakti singer. He has many albums on iTunes, and unfortunately he died, and he was only in his 60s, but he interviewed on my podcast before he died, and I never released it because I felt like I don't know, I just felt weird doing it. So I spoke to his former partner and she would like me to release it. So I am going to be releasing that podcast with David. And there's a lot of great things coming up. So keep on keeping on, keep posting, keep creating content, keep working, keep not listening to anybody who tries to put down your goals, keep listening to your heart and do what spirit drives you to do. I just wanted to get something out because it is a Tuesday and I wanted to get you out.
