Discipline takes over when motivation runs thin. And if you are low in discipline, you will be reliant upon the moments that you feel motivated. But if you are high in discipline, then you will continue to execute even when motivation ebbs and flows. So from my perspective, forget self motivation. Let's talk about holding yourself accountable. So about discipline. There are going to be times when you have to choose to do the thing that you don't feel like doing that you don't want to do because you need to do it. And I may be preaching to the choir and I hope that's the case. But that is, if there is one thing I can say, that's the thing, because that will continue. We talk about massive action. Massive action isn't necessarily about doing one giant thing. Could be doing a lot of small things. We talk today on our weekly mentorship call and we have every Friday morning about this concept of. Well, I'll just tell the story. I met a guy, he's in the construction world and he said that his business thrives on a 99% rejection rate, which means that 1% of their bids, 1% of the opportunity that they have, actually gets accepted. And they were thriving on 1%. And we were talking about ways to try to generate free leads and free opportunities. And Jesse mentioned that he knew a life insurance agent that just made it a point where they were going to make 15 conversations a day. They're out and about, they meet, you know, somebody at the, at the coffee shop, somebody at the grocery store, somebody at, you know, the kids pickup line, whatever it is just 15 conversations with 15 different people every day about life insurance. And they were going to be a okay with whatever rejection came their way. They ended up basing their whole business on that marketing in air quotes methodology. And they were doing over 400,000 a year in revenue. Yes. As just an individual, right.
