It can be really, really easy for agents to come into this thing with the mindset of a solopreneur. But my encouragement would be that after today's episode, I hope that you start looking at the relationships that you create as partnerships, that you look at the IMO relationship as a partnership. Hopefully it's with an IMO that looks at it the other way as well. Look at your leads and marketing programs as partnerships. Look at, you know, you bringing on a staff member, you know, an admin or something as a partnership. And the more and more and more you'll start to look at the relationship have in the industry as a partnership, the less you'll be stuck in that mentality of solopreneur, feeling like you're on an island. It's a lonely enough industry as is, so if you can cause your mind to look at those things as partnerships, it'll bring you way more joy and enjoyment along the way.
