100%. All right. So like in that one deal, especially, I've made a lot of mistakes. I had a lot of debt, but like in that one deal, it showed me that I literally made almost half of my salary in one deal. And from the, from the start to when I actually closed the deal, started the cold calling when I stuck to that one marketing channel, started in September, got that deal under contract in October, and then I closed in November. So it was like in the course of 2 months. And granted, that's not going to happen all the time, but it shows me that it can happen. And this is what we're doing it like part-time. Like, I'm, you know, I'm doing this extremely part-time. Like, once I go home, I'm not— maybe at night, like, once my kids go to sleep, I'm doing a little bit of stuff.
